@@courtneyhayes933 She fell on Maestro Man but continued dancing, you can watch the full dance on KZread, they just edit it to create more drama, she came in third place in her division (Chloe second, and Paige first / Brooke was third overall, I think) I don't really count "in my heart" since she didn't do the whole dance, so she was practically disqualified, however, she got second place doing that dance again.

What I was saying was that, from what I saw, she did an amazing job and those dances were better than a lot of her other solos. I wasn’t saying that Maddie’s deserved to win everything simply that it would’ve been nice to see her win those solos. she got 1st in the teen decision just 2nd overall. a boy beat her and the judges normally score boys higher because they want to encourage them to keep dancing. she may have deserved to win because of that but we didn’t see him so he could’ve been amazing, we just don’t know.

After season 4 the competitions were no longer real. The producers actually got to select who won and who didn't. I was the announcer at one of the competitions and we were told ahead of time who the winners were before the other studios even got an opportunity to dance. They chose where the students from Abby Lee would place and then basically just filled in the gaps with the other contestants.

One of the things that piss me off a lot about fans of the show is that, they always go on about how Maddie is so overrated and isn't as good as Abby says she is. The reason Maddie is always on top and the most talked about is because she is an amazing dancer who wins almost ALL the time. Considering how many solos she's been given, sixteen losses are nothing.

Both Abby and some of the girls have said that while many competitions in later seasons were fake, the ones in earlier seasons weren't. Kalani said that competitions sometimes mean dancing at 8am and again at 11:30pm - which is illegal for the dance moms girls because of child labour laws. So they started using fake/smaller competitions so the girls weren't there all day. But I don't know about scores. Wouldn't it be illegal for them to change their official results? I get changing it for the show, but official results almost always match up (though that's not saying that they didn't manipulate them)

Ruth Ames I know that's not what this video is about. It is about Maddie tho - and I feel bad that people overlook her talent because some of the scores are fake. I also know Sia didn't choose her because she won fake competitions, she chose her because she's a really talented dancer. I mean, yes, Abby did exaggerate how talented Maddie really was, but that doesn't mean that she's just an average dancer.

Tap is actually really difficult. I was a dancer for a while and it was one of the hardest dance styles. (Ballet was definitely harder though)

I actually do ballet . If you practice It Is very Easy! And i also done solos from ballet and i won with most of them!

I think that the second place, is not really losing!

Disappear was so beautiful. Honestly, I can’t explain how much I loved it- might have even been one of my all time favourites. The message was so beautiful and made me cry lmao.

Bond Girl was like a Broadway routine it was a masterpiece and Maddie nailed it!!! She deffinetly should have a perfect score

Her solo “lights camera action” had the same music as kalani’s solo in Audc

For Abby it’s bad but as a gymnast and dancer I won a lot of second places and it’s not bad!!

She has been going to competitions most her life and this video has all the times she didn't receive first place and it's only 4 minutes long

random person it’s also only her aired solos though not every competition she’s done in her life or even done a solo at (many girls had unaired solos in episodes)

The producers made her lose for drama she had a perfect score I know that because I saw a comment say it😂

someone special, the judgement, and disappear are some of my favorite maddie solos. i cant believe she didn’t win with those solos

helen keller was SO good i can not believe that got 4th. i get teary eyed watching the full dance.

I don’t understand how everyone can dislike “The entertainer”. I think it is one of maddie’s best solos, and it is so technical and her facials were amazing.

I love me and you against the world so much, her faces in that solo were so good

Does anyone remember in season 5 when Abby said, “I can count with my fingers how many times Maddie lost” Abby only has ten fingers. Maddie lost way more than ten times Abby. I loved Maddie’s dances btw!

My Fav maddie solos 1. Golden Girl 2. Cry 3. Bond Girl

I loved “Uphill Battle” it gave me goosebumps. It’s probably my favorite solo she’s ever done.

I love how ALL of Maddie’s solos placed in the top 5. THAT. IS. AMAZING.

tap and lyrical are her strengths. however, tap is less likely to win at a competition.

i loved you go-go girl 🥺 or any tap routine! they’re super underrated and idk what the judges are thinking always placing them lower then all the other genres.
