That's not true at all, believe it or not you do use energy when punching or kicking or just fighting in general, any kind of physical activity you are 100% burning energy. So yes in fact he channels more energy in his serious punch.

@@z_e_r_o1216 you reaching for that answer is more channeling. I'd settle for focus, but channeling is kinda reserved for directing flows. As such, I don't believe channeling is correct as he unleashes his power, the very act of him performing a serious move is removing restrictions, and that would mean he is not channeling his energy into a "safe" way. He is not a creature of focus or discipline. He just punches harder, and that requires no focus for him, as he focuses harder on not hurting anyone/thing than he does when he gets serious.

Saitama was fighting one handed, protecting Geno's core. He couldn't put his whole body into his punches and Garou was still helpless when Saitama stopped holding back.

Garou figured he could use his style copying ability and copied Saitama to grow as well, unfortunatly he still got his ass whooped as Saitama just completely outpaced Garou in power growth, to the point that that sneeze, with all of Saitama's newfound power, was able to clear off half of Jupiter's gas cloud.

We kinda already saw something like this with Superman. One time, Mr Mxyzptlk used magical sneezing powder on an entire city. As a prank of course. Superman inhaled it all, and quickly left Earth. His sneeze destroyed an entire solar system. No aliens lived there though, so it was fine. It’s not really a sickness like you said, but it’s close enough.

Before posting anything make sure you research about things properly, When Garou mentions afterimages word and adds a question mark! he's unsure about what he's experiencing, In that instance, Saitama's movements were omnidirectional, making him appear to be everywhere ( Physically ) at once🤙🏻

This is pretty scary. I think his power is depending on the monster he's facing. He slapped lady mosquito (not very strong) and she's still alive. When he's fighting garou, his moves are so powerful that he literally destroy planets.

To answer correctly, his power was just growing exponentially here. Garou was copying Saitama's strength so he had the same power level as Saitama. However, we know that Saitama's is "limitless" (leader of the laboratory said it, we don't know if it's true but it is hinted that it is) so he adapted to his own strength and got stronger and Garou was copying him every time he got stronger but Saitama's growth was 2 times faster. During this fight there is a graphic that shows how it works (it's chapter 168).
