I wish my every match was like this because I need stability. But in reality each Apex player gets randomly enemies from rookie to master, and it's more stressful than when you know the lobby is only consist of masters... Because each rank uses its own tactics.

im a solid diamond player have hit masters with a team but the mentality there is they know they out number you and wont be third partied its different in a real match... that being said 4 easy maybe 5 bronze but only on controller as my mnk is bad lol edit forgot to add keep it up birno love the content always have every vid is a banger

How about a sort of gauntlet mode? Say they get 1v1s vs each rank, but don't get to heal between ranks. See how far they can make it. I guess that would mean you'd need everyone in the lobby at the same time though, which might suck for scheduling. Evo level ups would be some free armor. Could maybe let them use a medkit between rounds if you were generous. But then it'd basically be a no armor challenge.
