Loving the long form content, gives me stuff to watch and listen to at work. For me the Bucs floor is 6-11, we have a really tough schedule ahead of us. But the ceiling is 12-5 if baker balls out, the defense learns how to stop the pass, and we get that run game to at least be average we can slap the league.

The jets went 2 years in a row going 7-10 with zach wilson at qb, theres no way the jets ceiling is that low, yes if rodgers gets injured again (god forbid) that floor is good where its at but they should be at best a deep playoff team

Wilson is horrible but I still think the offense is largely going to look the same simply due to the fact that Rodgers is 40 coming off an achilles tear and the unit is being gameplanned by Nathaniel Hackett/Todd Downing

@@Kodiakk brady was able to pull off the age thing, but the achilies tear does rightfully worry people, but honestly i dont think the tear was as bad as he made it seem, seeming as he wanted to come back by week 8

Theres no way the Seahawks are worse then last season im predicting 10-7 were going from super simple to ultra complex teams wont be getting the same look pre snap as they will be given post snap pete was stuck in cover 3 all game offensively we refused to target the middle of the field this coaching staff will get the most out of their players

I think packers ceiling is 12-5 or 13-4

I really believe in the roster the division is just too tough unfortunately

You can be low on the Jets, but acting like their ceiling, as in the best case scenario is 8-9 is ridiculous. They went back to back seasons going 7-10 with Zach Wilson as their starter. If Rodgers is even like, a top 20 QB in the NFL and isn’t actively sabotaging the team, they can easily achieve 10 wins at least. If Aaron Rodgers could play similarly to let’s say, Baker Mayfield from last year and be a borderline top 10 guy, then this team has potential to be amazing. I’m not saying that will happen or that it’s likely to happen, but when you’re evaluating a team’s ceiling, you have to assume things go right, and this roster with a league average QB is a playoff team.

Hell, we’ve literally seen a stacked defense carry a washed HOF QB in the last decade. Peyton Manning was AWFUL in 2015 and the defense was so good it didn’t matter. All Peyton was asked to do was not lose games for the Broncos, and his mind and football IQ were still intact enough to do that. I don’t understand why it’s unrealistic to say Rodgers could do the same thing, not be the old Rodgers, but still have the football IQ to manage a game and not lose the game for the defense. That’s also assuming Rodgers is as bad as 2015 Peyton, which is pretty close to worst case scenario. If he has any juice left at all (he’s won 2/4 MVPs) then his ceiling could be around like a Jared Goff or Baker Mayfield level player.

I keep thinking of new stuff after I finish commenting lol. The Browns had an amazing defense and won 11 games with like 5 different QBs, including 40 year old Joe Flacco. If 40 year old Joe Flacco, who’s never been a top level QB in his life can manage a team with a top level defense and get them to 11 wins in the hardest division in football, then I don’t understand how it’s beyond the Jets ceiling for a top 5 QB ever who won back to back MVPs just 2 years ago (with the same OC you’re saying is limiting his ceiling) to manage a team with an elite defense and good offensive weapons to a similar record.

Am I a piece of crap for being a Giants fan, yes or no?

I think Packers will win the NFC North but Lions will finish 2 because the bears and Vikings are gonna suck but lions could be a playoff team but probably a 7th or 6th
