@@purplehaze2358 The only genuinely obscure mods on this list are Luna Veil and Vitality mod. I think it is nice that he covered them, but they were pretty much just side notes compared to the time spent on the big mods.

The hot spring water in the underground inferno doesn't damage you, it h e a l s you. If it damaged you, the numbers would be red, not green

A lot is happening in the modding scene and it makes me very happy to see the upcoming changes, especially the rework of Borean Strider. I remember seeing what I think were concept art for the boss, but that concept was never realized until now. Glad that it's getting a glow up

Wow... The Luna Veil mod looks insane! It's so cool to see you talking about it. Also Vitality and Secrets of the Shadows are so fun to play.

@@wingedflyingforce5139 we do not have a wiki, it’s pretty much made by me and my friend so we didn’t have much help with that, yes it’s available on the latest version of tmodloader

@@bruhgod123 Most likely will be a "high risk, high reward" type of weapon, where you have to get quite close at the right timing or you will miss your attack and have to wait for the cooldown to end, but if you do hit your "shot" then you will deal plenty of damage (from the weapon's animation, it looks really powerful, spinning around very quickly)

all of this is very exciting, I do wonder how sga, enigma, polarities, and elements awoken are doing, they all seem to be really lacking spoilers or updates though I'm pretty sure they are all working towards 1.4, I hope all is going well for them. Same goes to split mod another mod I am very excited to see in 1.4, though I understand why there are time problems with the devs of this mod. I am excited to see what tmodloader will be like in a year from now

@@jimboanimations4041 I know elements awoken has been quiet but I'm sure progress is still being made. I know polarities wanted to end it here but I thought it was going to port before leaving it, and SGA it's sad that it was killed off but it was fun while it lasted

While mods like Joost mod was left to dust and remained in Legacy tmodloader, Shadows of Abaddon is still keeping up with the happenings. I'm glad it's not forever abandoned

I only ever use Stars Above, Calamity+Catalyst, and Thorium but it’s cool to see how much other stuff that’s out there to try out later.

Secrets of the Shadows is VERY underrated, the pyramid boss has gotta be one of my all time favourite pre-hardmode modded bosses. Shadows of Abaddon is also really high quality, I recommend them both. Luna Veil looks very interesting.

There's an unofficial DLC for what you're looking for steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3021953661 and an official one: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2906451681 however it doesn't currently include calamity or thorium souls

dom has been posting alot of teasers of what seems to be xeroc, one of the final superbosses in calamity lore. Its not finished but I will showcase it once its public

it sucks that all of these are so cool only because i cannot do 14 playthroughs at once... though i will say i am especially excited for mod of redemption, cuz nebeuleus fight is super cool now

Most mods should work with Boss checklist, alchemistNPC, and other mods that add small features like that. In fact most mods are compatible with most other mods, back on 1.3 I had a massive modpack composing of every single content mod out there at the time... they played nicely together, spare one detail: worldgen. With big mods come big additions to biomes and structure placements. The more content you add the more risk of important modded structures colliding and messing with each other. Other than that though most mods don't hassle each other. Game balance will be ruined but that's the price of modding.

Stars above somehow attracts Weebs and normal/Calamity players since the mod itself is an add on to calamity

Calamity Mod, Fargos Soul Mod, Homeward Journey, Remnants Mod, Starlight River, The Stars Above, Terraria Overhaul, Thorium Mod...These im sure have multiplayer compatability Other mods won't have multiplayer avaliable yet.

Calamity has released plenty of new bosses. Thorium has not released a single boss since the 1.3 era.

Can always consult their discord type like terraria "x mod" discord and join their server they usually have the most update to date versions. Some smaller mods take a while to port to latest stable versions of tmod

Calamity and Thoroum go well together. The balance no longer matters since Calamity fixed their weapons.
