You got two things wrong Mohit, 1st one is that Peter's tie gets cut when doc oc smashes him in the pillar and the nano bots shifts from his face to his chest, so then the lower portion of the tie gets cut as it remains outside of the armour and the second thing is the arc reactor that electro/max has is the one from Iron man 2 and in the endgame the arc reactor was the very 1st arc reactor that tony made in the cave...

Arc reactor that was in the funeral was his 1st Arc reactor and electro have triangular center arc reactor which he made . On 1st arc reactor "proof that tiny stark has a heart" is written which was gifted by pepper pots to Tony after he threw that. But electro doesn't have the old arc reactor. the arc reactor in Tony's funeral is not the one electro is wearing. that funeral scene arc reactor is from ironman 1. and i think this electro is from ASM universe and he simply get an upgrade after coming to this universe. it kind of makes sense everyone gets an upgrade in this universe. dr. octopus gets nano tech upgrade green Goblin gets a new upgraded suit so why no electro. He probably stole an arc reactor from stark industry to make sure what happened to him in ASM doesn't happen to him again. since arc reactor can hold a lot of electricity it would be difficult to overload him again.

I think that the tie is cut down because when you see in trailer when dr octavias attack on Peter's chest the nanobots goes from his head to his chest, in that scene the tie is cut off!

*Spoiler Warning * Meri theory hai ki jo log kehe rahi hai na ki villains will be teleported right before they died, ye galat hai aur mai kahunga ki what if they get teleported right before they became good. Lizard, sandman, and doc ock got teleported right before they became good. And by the end of the movie, they will become good and probably go back to their universe. Then they will end there...... Because they'll realise they were doing wrong and also realise that it's their destiny to de in hands of their respective spidermen. Even my theory has loopholes. Such as what about goblin and electro, so I would say that goblin came and went right when his facial expressions changed in end fight of spiderman. And electro........ Maybe right before he died. That means they almost got teleported on a random time. Some just before they became good, 1 just before expression and attitude change and one before death.........
