Let’s be honest … TNTman93 carried NR2003

As for a Wii emulator, people have been using Dolphin for years, not sure myself as I haven't tried but I heard it was the best way for Gamecube and Wii games from other youtubers. The Wii was basically the same as a Gamecube with extra features.

They did make a sequel to Nascar Rumble but without the Nascar branding. It's called Rumble Racing, made by the same studio and released on PS2.

8:50 when I got nascar 08 for Christmas in 2007, i was so glad tgat it had the leaderboard as you raced, because that way I'd know how many drivers i killed when driving backwards.

I feel a lot less bad now thinking thunder 2003 career mode is nuts. I’m at Indy in season 1 on legend and it’s brutal af.

So back in the late 90's. My family lived in Rhode Island, and we had a little apartment. I was playing in the kitchen. Doing whatever. And my father was in the living room on his computer, playing Nascar Craftsman truck series. And then he would switch over to the main cup series whenever he won a season title. I wasn't paying attention while running in circles and split my head on the stove. And I still remember fondly, screaming about how bad it hurt while my father took a picture on a nearby kodak and called the ambulance.

today was already a good day but this video made it even better

The only thing i love about Nascar thunder 2003 is simulating the season mode. Lol

ranking NASCAR 08 for PS2 ahead of Dirt to Daytona is insane.

I was mainly driving backwards so I could get the lap 5 cars medallion on each track (i would dnf the whole field, get to the lead, and save the race when i come out of turn 4, and then exit the race, & load the race so I'd lap everyone else as they came back off of pit road. Lol

I've played Days of Thunder Nascar Edition (one of the 4 games you didn't put on the list) and it's honestly pretty okay, it's very arcadey and fun if you love slamming into other cars but it has a very linear career mode and only like 16 tracks, and it also has very mediocre AI when you're trying to race them seriously.

Dolphin Emulator is great for both Wii and Gamecube games and I believe it allows you to map tilt controls to a joystick. Nascar Kart Racing supposedly runs without issue on it too so if you want to give it a try I highly recommend it

Good list. I'm lowering Thunder 03 below Dirt to Daytona and Nascar 06 though. Also raising 09 over NTG 11 because the entire online community switched back to 09 after 11's release because it was so shit.

I got dirt to Daytona and a couple of the PS2 nascar games those are my fave games besides inside line

9:40 i love and don't like NT2003 (i have the PS2 version) because when i was driving backwards at Daytona dnf'ing everyone else, after clicking qucik repair once, my engine stayed yellow for the rest of the race, and I couldn't go faster than 165 MPH. Those 16 extra laps i had to do to guarantee i won were the LONGEST 16 LAPS EVER. LMAO

NASCAR 98 was my first racing game for the PS1. It started my fascination for nascar and my love for music all in one game. I hate the AI. But the Soundtrack was amazing.

NASCAR Rumble is still my favorite NASCAR game of all time. I have never got tired of playing and still do. It is so underrated and no one ever seems to know about it. I've honestly never watched a KZread who has played it.

Also: NASCAR 99 is a carbon copy of NASCAR 98. With Updated roster and new songs.

i don’t really understand your criticism of Thunder 2003’s career mode. it’s the exact same as Thunder 04 except Thunder 04 made you build your body and chassis separately, unlike in Thunder 03 the tires and aero are combined into the chassis. plus, Thunder 04 has way more shop upgrades. so i don’t understand how you consider it more complicated

Thunder 03 has you build the car in shop, combine everything, and then select that car. You can't leave until you do either. In Thunder 04 you don't have to build a car unless you're about to enter a race weekend.

if you're looking for a good Wii emulator, it's called "Dolphin" what this emulator is a way to play both Gamecube and Wii games also Nascar Rumble got a spiritual successor on PS2 called "Rumble Racing" it's PS2 version of Nascar Rumble if you wanna call it that

The camera position is a bit less optimal. I am not a Nascar player, but this video is entertaining.

Nascar thunder 2003 on gamecube was great from whay i remember was also very young when i played it.

Okay maybe it's because dirt to Daytona was the first NASCAR game that I got but that game is fire and also I need to get games that are on people's top 5 top 10 list considering my NASCAR game collection is limited

It's amazing how often developers manage to make games WORSE as time goes on.

I have a Xbox 360 racing wheel and when I use it with NASCAR 08, it's impossible to drive the car. The car just veers in the direction I was last holding

NASCAR Legends is basically the same game as NASCAR Racing 3

04 is just 03 with a mild graphics upgrade, the BS rivals system, and easier AI. 03 is better for longplay, 04 edges it for ‘quick race’ style playings

Am i the only one who was so disappointed by nascar 08? Maybe its because i played it right after 05 which was so damn good but 08 made me think nascar games were on their way out the door lol. Idk if anyone else feels that way or maybe it's because I was a child but clearly this guy does not agree 😂
