Most people DO NOT practice, they only ride once or twice a month but still ride 1000cc bikes with no gear . That’s why these scooter guys here in NY be better then most of us sport bike riders 😂

I agree, I learned outside of NYC on dirt bikes since I was 14 years old.

Trav what a great video . Well put sharing this video. I been riding for 14 years . Been down twice and lost people too. I changed my riding style as a result. The other day got into it with a driver who tried to take us out. I will fill you in when I see you.

What I miss most about the bike life was meeting people with the same passion. Genuine people from all backgrounds and walks of life. People that you may never see yourself hanging out with if you didn’t have a common passion to pursue with one another. As much as I miss it, these very thoughts came to me a lot sooner than I thought. Once I got to my mid 20’s I just decided to hang it up. Like you said, its a gamble.. no matter how skilled or vigilant someone is anything can happen. I just figured I didn’t wanna be on the other side of a tragic story while not even scratching the surface of life, family, dreams, goals etc. The best advice I would give anyone debating riding bikes is, know when to keep it real with yourself and never ride too far past your skill level. Also, ride with purpose and find ways to become more skilled and expand your knowledge and abilities. Ride with others who ride well and soak in their advice. When you feel like you’ve seen enough, you’ll know thats the time to hang it up. God bless you brother. Always all love. And thank you because I get to live out some thrill because of you and your videos.

I worry about this every time I get on the bike. Too many went down this season....street and track. Real sorry about your friend. 🙏

Great topic my guy. It's crazy the safety measures we should take when we roll on these 2 wheels and part take on the passion that we as riders share. I'm 40 yrs old born and raised in Brooklyn. Hooligan to the fullest. That all changed for me in 2013 when I moved to central jersey. Suffered a major fall or persay accident. Change my life and perspective. Now a days I think my actions twice as we all should. Look over that shoulder twice as you said brother these car drivers are out of control. Let's all be safe out there.
