A lot of this is just different cultures, acting and them actually knowing each other. It is normal in Korean culture for men to be more physical with each other than in the west where it’s seen as “gay”. Just because Taemin looks a bit shy and flustered doesn’t mean that he’s uncomfortable. Tho that MC who touched him was pretty creepy.

Most of the people in this video are sm artists. Which mean they know each other really well. And Shinee is pretty close with other sm artists who aren't idols. They are obnoxious in general. And back when he was younger, he always treated like a baby by his colleagues since he was one of the youngest. I guess he kinds get use to it, but still feel awkward. We don't know if Jonghyun knew something that we don't or he just did that to make the situation funnier. I'm not saying that the MC is a bad person, but we should remember that sometimes there are things going on that we don't know about, and only them are aware of.

Yeah, he does get weirded out by them sometimes, he admitted to it that he is not always okay with this attention, but if you look closely he always plays it off with an awkward laugh. In longer versions of these videos you can see when he is trying to move on quickly, but he is not disrespectful even then, but there are moments when he seems to have fun with this and enjoy the attention until people start crossing boundaries.

Taemin is adorable, he's doted on and cherished by everyone around him

It makes me so sad. He was sexualised and feminised so much since debut. Some of these people are so so so creepy and my heart just aches seeing him always smiling and laughing it off. I wish people could respect him more and I wish he didn't go through what he did from his debut days to his depression and anxiety in the military because creeps just wouldn't stop staring at him and trying to take pictures while he was showering. It's just so disgusting. Having the members, especially Jonghyun who always protected him must've took that burden off a little but it only makes Jonghyun's absence more severe. Yes, but he is already an adult and has embraced and assimilated his own masculinity in his own way. Older programs do generate a lot of cringe now, but that humor was very common at that time and especially in Asia. I think Taemin understood it despite everything. The good thing is that this allowed things to change over time and Taemin to develop a sincere personality with great humor.

Many people here are mad attacking the SM choreographer who says Taemin is erotic and the Japanese guy who said he likes Taemin. My whole life of stanning Taemin I never found these two guys to be creepy. The SM choreographer is acting like an image coach that was trying to train Taemin into adopting the sensual and sexy image we see today in his solos. SHINee members also said and voted Taemin is the most erotic member. The Japanese guy has been a fan of SHINee since Lucifer era, he's a huge fan and he's a Golden Bomber member in which this group's level of humor and jokes are off the roof. Go watch their varieties, they are extra crazy wild and funny bunch in every shows they appear. These two guys are HARMLESS. The only ones I found creepy, weird and unlikeable are MC Shin Dong Yup and Seo Jang Hoon (The tall giant guy). Dong Yup is the one who touched Taemin in the SNL ending clip before Jonghyun interrupted him. Everytime Taemin is on the same show as him, he'd always say that he can't look at Taemin in the eyes, Taemin is so pretty like a girl, he feels shy looking at Taemin's chest, he said he has crush, etc. since 2010. I legit felt annoyed by him because he doesn't see Taemin like other normal guys, and always look at Taemin like a predator. The Japanese guy with blond/black hair is a visual kei artist. He’s married with a child. He is a HUGEEEE taemin fanboy and loves SHINee. He also kept apologizing to Taemin throughout the video and taemin was nervous because it was a live interview. If anyone felt uncomfortable by him, he didn’t mean it in that way he’s just a extreme fanboy

Since Taemin was young (15 years old or so)he was put into a sort of "chasing games" from grown -up men, because of his sensitivity and character. But with a smile, Taemin has suceded in every unconfortable situation. There were many TV silly programs where SHINee members were invited, and specially Taemin was always looked like a "prey" for them. Fortunately Jonghyung was behind him in order to "protect" his friend. Poor childrren (We still miss Jonghyung very much)

Ok, some of these people are downright creepy and do not understand the importance of asking for consent when touching someone. Like, um why?

demon pox Ik a lot of these clips kinda confused me cause you could obviously tell that Taemin was really uncomfortable but just laughed it off to seem less awkward. I feel like some of these people should’ve been more aware of that fact that they were probably making him uncomfortable 😕😕. Like the clip at 6:03 you can obviously tell he wasn’t feeling it and Jonghyun even stepped in and pushed the guys hand away, like that’s an obvious sign that what you’re doing is too much. And the clip where the guy was calling Taemin erotic honesty gave me super creepy vibes like the dude looked like if he ever saw Taemin in person he would straight up harass him. Idk I may be looking to deep into it but he just looked kinda uncomfortable in some of the clips 😕😕

@@talialorenz9941 The person who said Taemin has an erotic look and wanna make him raunchy is actually SM's choreographer/stage director and he actually wanted Taemin to adopt that concept for his solo. That was back in 2014 when Taemin just made his solo debut and was all new to this side. It's all a part of a concept. There’s a difference in culture, you know? It is perfectly normal for men in Korea to touch. In some ways they don’t have the toxic masculinity we have in the west where men can’t hug or hold hands without being gay. That guy at 6:03 was too much though.

Ingri A that still doesn't excuse the fact that he looked uncomfortable in some of these situations. Touching someone inappropriately without their consent is wrong idc what anyone's culture is especially when they don't look fine with it and is trying to get away from the person.😐

oh man.. I've been SHINee's fan since their debut and from the very beginning he concurred my heart. He does something to me like nobody has ever done to me before..
