A new category or Noun invented for Son? No, he’s just simply World Class. Dumb, biased football fans don’t understand Son’s superior off the ball movements. His exceptional techniques and touches goes missing in their biased minds. His skills to drill the ball with both feet from 25 yards out is an extraordinary talent and skill in itself. I've thought about it, but I couldn't come up with five players who have consistently maintained their performance for over ten years without any issues related to women, money, or alcohol since their debut as professional athletes.

I'm not a spurs fan, I'm just a Son Heung-min fan. But while watching this video, I thought that I could become a spurs fan too. Because I like Son Heung-min so much that I want him to win.

Son is the best finisher in the world. Even shooting ability can be seen as superior to any other player. Fans who know him already knew well that he should be a one-top, but for various reasons, the time he played as a winger is just too bad. If he had played as a center forward from the beginning and was also in charge of free kicks and penalties, he would have won several Golden Boot awards.

I think Sonny is such a great man. I still remember the faces of people who ignored Sonny when he first joined just because he was Asian. In the first place, Sonny is Korean, but whether Sonny is Korean, Chinese, European or South American, Sonny has devoted himself to Tottenham for eight years. And he didn't speak English at first, but he learned English to communicate with the team and tried everything to even take the captain's position on the team.I think all I have to say is that I really admire Sonny

He is a real gem of Tottenham ( for now). Tottenham must do whatever they can do to keep him in the team.

I rarely see him taking penalties and he has scored so many goals. That too from out of the box both with left and right foot!! Just amazing

This is true. He has come this far by improving his capabilities noticeably every year. When he first came to Spurs, he was a player with noticeable weaknesses. He is improving and evolving noticeably from season to season. What a pro.

Sonny has scored 151 Tottenham goals and counting so far and each of his goals have been equally as important as the rest of his mind blowing tally 🤍 his repertoire of goals against the top sides like City, Liverpool, United, Arsenal and Chelsea have been vital over the years and he’s stepped up in big occasions like against Dortmund and City in the UCL, there is hardly another player who comes to mind that meets the criteria of a club legend who deserves a statue outside the stadium to memorialise his contribution to the club

I can't speak for pre 90's but I'd argue that Son is Spurs' greatest player of my generation. Better, than Kane, Bale, Ginola, Sheringham, Klinsman, Defoe etc. It's the absolute quality of the goals that strikes you, and the fact that he can do things to Premier League defences that leaves teams unable to come up with water tight plans for him. He just creates so much excitement for the fans. The goal against Burnley and the brilliant demolitions of two once top internationals in Jorginho and Luiz were my favourites. Allowing a Son vs Jorginho foot race really wasn't the best management!

All son goals are memorable and enjoyable really a legend

In a way, you have to say Son has been a better player for Spurs than Bale. He's done all the things Bale was remembered for (immense runs down the wing, superb long-range shots, magnificent volleys) but has come closer to helping Spurs win something, stayed for longer and never given the impression he's wanted to be anywhere else. I just wish I knew what Watford and Dortmund ever did to him. EDIT: Re: Watford and Dortmund, I think the worst thing you could ever do vs Son is wear yellow. Watford, Dortmund, Juventus, Vitesse, Southampton, Shkendija, APOEL, Millwall, Palace, Norwich; if you have a yellow jersey, home or away, don't wear it!
