(I havent finished the video yet but i moved my curser over the red line (Forgot what its called). Their is another classic, the gaslighter accusing the victim of gaslighting the gaslighter...

This is a great video with great information put together well. however, I think the style is too close to the paint explainer, I think if you find a way to rebrand and make the style more unique while retaining the quality of information you have a real gem of a channel here

Im beginning to realize 90% of communication ive been in has been gaslighting from either myself or the other person. Does intent matter ?

Intent matters, but less so than effect. After all... you can't control the outcome, and their opinions of what was said or done are valid, too.
