That Stipe fight was crazy man. Stipe got hit with so many powerful shots and still got up through all those shots, then he runs backwards and tags Ngannou with a good shot that made Ngannou move back for just a split second and because of that Stipe got overconfident and moved foward moving into Ngannou shot which hurt him and ended the fight. I always wanted to see a rematch 'cause Stipe adapts really well and Stipe had won the first fight so to not get that trilogy was such a shame.

Hey man it's not too late to start training. I can think of two current UFC fighters who started out really late like mid to late 20s , they never became champion but one of them became a fan favorite and the other challenged for the belt. Lauren Murphy got into mma at 26 after taking her son to a jujitsu class and falling in love with it, she has a record of 16-5 and just fought for the title last year. Matt Brown was 25 with zero athletic experience, had a stint in prison, survived a heroin overdose (which is where he gets his ' Immortal' nickname) and he was high on cocaine and alchohol before he decided to sign up for a short notice mma fight. He's currently 23-19, he's tied for most knockouts in UFC history and holds the record knockouts at welterweight. If a single mom and a former drug addict with no athleticism can find the motivation to make it all the way to the number one mma organization in the world and have successful careers while being older than you are when they started I'm sure you could be successful as well, or at least have a decent shot if you tried

Loved it when that one guy said at the beginning, “I’m 23 It’s too late for me” and claims that he’s still a mma fan when every real mma fan knows Yoel Romero, Dc, and multiple other prolific ufc prospects were incredibly late into the fighting game as well.

the most ruthless martial art is lethwei u should react to it. it has knees elbows punches kicks and headbutts. and it has no decisions so knockout only to win and you can get revived after getting knocked out you have 2 minutes wake up and fight again

Speaking before the UFC 220 press conference in December 2017, White said: "Francis is a guy who has the world record for the most powerful punch. “His punches are equivalent to 96 horse power. 'That’s equal to getting hit by a Ford Escort going as fast as it can. "And it’s more powerful than a 12-pound sledgehammer from full force overhead. Holy s***.”

I remember watching Ngannou vs Overeem live with my family. We geniunley thought we witnessed a fighter die in the cage at that moment. We didn't shout and go apeshit like we usually did whenever a knockout happened. Our jaws just dropped and looked at eachother for a second. We were all thinking "Did he just die?"
