I’m doing the opposite I’m my moms twin. Sadly tho my father was the attractive one in the pair. At least that’s what I found out when I was younger and saw a pic of my dad and was like man he’s nice looking who he ? And then my grandmas was like oh awww I miss when your dad was that small! Ok so when my dad was a baby my grandparents took a picture of him laying on his belly on a bed surrounded by toys with a ball next to him. Years later, my parents decided to recreate that picture with baby me. The two photos side by side look exactly the same with the only difference being my dads picture being sepia while mine was in color.

SAME. I have the same features yet I’m completely different. I have brown hair, my mom does too. I have really dark eyes, my dad does. I’m tan, my mom is tan. I have wavy hair, my dad has curly hair. I have long legs, my dad does. I can eat a lot and stay skinny which doesn’t happen with anyone else in my family. Also both my parents are super tall, but I’m super short. Even with all these similarities I look so different

I have two older brothers, the oldest looks exactly like my dad, same hair, eyes and face. My other brother (middle child) looks exactly like my mom, but me the only daughter and the youngest sibling looks nothing like them. My mom once tried to make dye my hair to look like hers. I am the first born daughter and I did inherit a lot of things from my dads side. I got eye colour similar to his etc but depending on what facial expressions I do, I usually look like my grandmother (from my dads side, so his mother).

Growing up, people always told me i looked just like my dad. When i was little and people used to give me a compliment ('i like your glasses.' and 'You are so cute!' were the most common) my Dad would reply with "Oh why thank you very much" - pretending that the remark was towards him when it was clearly meant for the 6 year old standing next to him.

Lol same but my dad has a sister thats my aunt and they are like twins but my aunt is younger and both look exactly like my grandpa ( my dad's and aunt's dad) and i look excatly like my aunty, ( dad's daughter) one time, me, my aunt and my cousin, who is my aunt's daughter were out in the park and almost everyone said that ' Omg what a beautiful girl you have!!! She looks exactly like her mom" and i was like ' shes not my mom' and my cousin doesnt look at all like her.

I struggled with this while growing up because I had to constantly stare at a face that I never knew. My dad left when I was 7. I'm convinced that the reason why my mother abused and beat me more than my kid sister was because I was a constant reminder of her baby daddy. After a while, I flipped the script and was happy that I look like him rather than my abusive and mentally ill mother. 🥰
