One of my favorite shows was The Nanny. I love this show as well so glad I found it.
This show actually makes me LOL!
This is literally what happened in her real life. Her husband came out as gay after their divorce. They married at 21 or so but were together since high school. During their production of the nanny sitcom... something traumatic happened which caused their divorce...after which he came out as gay

They were robbed in their home in front of house guests This caused trauma He went to counseling Soon told Fran he was gay And she insisted then on divorcing as she said she was feeling soffocated by him And the "emotional suffocation" I believe was his reaction to the attack they'd suffered together

I love this show and I hate it only got 2 seasons….this is HER personal story she’s telling and no, no one cares if the British don’t think it is funny….
Then don’t watch be kind instead
American so called comedy juyst does not always translate to the UK, I am watching this and I am asking myself when is this going to be funny?

Wrong actress for this. It was supposed to be revenge , years of satire and this woman just sounds like she is unloading to her therapist. Not funny
