Every DAILY & WEEKLY you should do to make gold

Ойындар

Establishing a routine in Guild Wars 2 can have its benefits. It helps you define your goals, which will help you decide what content to focus on. It can greatly increase the amount of gold you make, sometimes even with little to no effort.
In the video I go over every vendor you want to visit daily, which account bound materials to craft, and what Gizmo's to get. As well as how you can decide which Open World Meta Events to complete, and even what Daily or Weekly Strikes, Fractals, and Raids can do for you.
I do have a few tailor made routines that I made myself, I briefly explain my 2 most important ones, one of which helps me craft Generation 3 Legendary Weapons.

    Very good guide!! Always good to see possible daily routines of people! Nonetheless one must remember…to do all of that every day takes many many hours!! I am most of the time happy with just doing daily wizards vault (weekly of course too), do converters, home instance and farm my alt characters And those I position for which project i need it most Right now its the big chests in EoD that net jade runestones and JP in draconic mons for ectos But thats because i work on the next gen3 leggy and ectos are always good to do I also do the weekly raid full clear and also Soto strikes from time to time for daily and weekly for green shards (the 10 mystic coin are too valuable not to get…) But all in all i cant farm regularly because of a taxing job and family but i play in my routine for maybe…15-20 minutes/day (weekly excluded of course) And thats most important…not get burned out and having fun 😊

    Another great video. Been doing this daily for the past couple weeks and definitely feeling the benefit. Thank you for making a video on it as well! As always, keep an eye on the prices on the fast farming site - things like buying deeply discounted fractal keys AND buying the chests is profitable now, but didn't always used to be, so it might become unprofitable as more people buy chests and the chests go up in price.

    I find myself going in and out of Guild Wars a lot, but your channel always makes me motivated to come back, so now I've decided to get back in again. I may have a recommendation for a video idea. I've played on and of since Heart of Thorns came out and since I've been playing WOW for 16 years now I really like the idea of "fashion-wars" or transmog as they call it in WOW, but I've never really understood how to look up gear sets, cool weapons etc like I do in WOW. So my question is, maybe you could make like a fashion-wars guide for new players / returning players like myself? I do kind of find it off-putting to play the game when my characters look so much worse than everybody else's haha, looking good is important. Can't wait to see what you have in store for us in 2024, much love my friend!

    Just a note about the vasburg armoury crypt mini dungeon- you can cheese the first section with skyscale. Walk backwards towards the little cubby and your "mount disabled" icon will disappear. You can then skyscale up and fly to the amber runestone even though the mount disabled icon returns. You used to be able to cheese the 2nd section with skyscale as well but they seem to have fixed it. And for anyone reading, as Phandrel said, you don't have to do everything listed in the video, pick whatever suits your schedule. For myself I'm too lazy to tag all hero points daily so I only do whatever's near a waypoint when I feel like it.

    @@phandrel No problem. Also maybe worth mentioning is that if you park JP alts most of the central tyria ones give level appropriate gear. So if you are looking to make the juggernaut for instance, park a level 21-25 character at the skipping stones/Rebel's Seclusion/any other JP and you'll have a chance to get silver doubloons. Or if you want plat doubloons (which sell for a lot now cos of the jade bot), a level 51 character. I prefer skipping stones (applies to rebel's seclusion/shattered ire ruins and probably a couple of others as well) because everytime you open a chest, you count as completing an event so you get map bonus rewards. I mainly do this on my alt accounts because I can't be bothered getting tomes or level the characters on them.

    You can still cheese the 2nd part of that mini-dungeon. To the right of the room is a pile of rubble that you can use to jump on to the thin piece of wall (with or without Superspeed) then while on it move along it to a broken grove in the wall to the higher part (the grove is right above the first toxic square/trap) get to the end and fight the portal/runestone keeper and done. It's how I got the achievement to get to the end without hitting any traps a few weeks ago 😂 (Can't claim credit for this cheesing method though, think it was a YT video I saw). My timing was terrible, so used my Mesmer's F4 skill "Distortion" that gave me invulnerability for a few seconds to make the jump for the achievement.

    True! One of my favorites actually, especially with the price pearls are at now, and the mussels can fetch you a decent price as well if you use them for cooking. Great video, though I wonder how long it takes to do this daily. You might also know this, but worth to point out: if you're farming Gen3 legendaries, you could consider adding Dragonstorm + Drakkar + Aetherblade Assault (+ Levi if lucky) into your daily routine. These are events in quick succession that take about 40mins of your day if you have the time - that's extra Ambergris and chance of Draconic Lodestones.

  • @phandrel

    That's why I felt I had to start with the vendors/trade-ins. Once you get to the more active part it will depend on your selection of tasks, which I believe people should adapt for themselves. Make your own routine can be daunting at first though. Thanks for the tip on the extras to add into my own routine! I should be a bit more attentive to which metas I prioritise, DS I usually do with the IBS 5 :). I have been thinking of coordinating a way to do 10 levi per day. A commander I used to run with combined that with other meta events, but they stopped playing I think.

    I´m genuinely impressed how many players GW2 has! Even after such time after launch (which I didn´t missed and it was awesome time). I´m returning player after two years of hiatus - managed to burn out while getting gryphon (which was my absolutely top favourite and I just wanted to get him). I only had few problems - bad build and bad gear to manage harsher parts of story, levelling smithing to get that better gear, get gold and so on. But I made it! SkyScale was terrifying to get in S4. So I took peak into new expansion...and this was my chance to get the dragon! Luckily, it took me "just" 6 days, becuse I was loaded from events and grinding. And weirdly enough, had fun. Thanks for this handy guide! I will probably need gold for upcoming grind of professions and so on.

    Nice one again... Just a thought ... Doing the HoT HPs every day is in my opinion not a time/profit viable task i would take ... particularly considering most ppl do not have a build that can manage to solo HPs like the 3 frogs in VB or Balthazar in AB or the shroom HPs in TD and the allready stacked daily routine you listed... i would suggest the daily reset HoT meta loots in AB Tarir and TD Chak meta... the included chance on Infusion, gear and precursor is a nice bonus and it takes about half an hour with more profit as for as my math is valid... and it moves directly into a open, salvage, craft and mystic forge routine that one can go through every so often and should deal a good amount of profit too.... Now... since i am at work and this was my small break thoughts i might add a few thoughts ... but i do like that list of yours... might be thinking about checking to include a few of the mentioned routine stops of yours too... as i did use my slightly dif stealth thief for Doric farm after i watched your video on it😁

  • @phandrel

    @phandrel

    Oh, I agree, I originally started doing the HoT HP because I wanted to learn their mechanics. Turned out they netted me a good amount of rare unids, so I stuck with it. Fully agree on the metas as a solid alternative. I am hoping to help more and more people figure out a routine for themselves. But I do know how hard it can be nowadays with so much daily content. I might actually try and do everything that resets daily once and see how long that takes me. Or whether I can even do everything.

    Well ... there is simply too much that you can do daily... for the regular working ppl that is... if you are a professional gamer with no other things to do it might be achievable... or if your country has a major lockdown.... But that does not devalue those lists of daily routine works... it just gives you possabilities to change the daily routine up every so often... and that is one of the things i like about the game
