I honestly thinks having the opportunity to take the dark path is really cool, but I'm a little afraid that an evil protagonist gonna gets more rejection within his/her groupe of friends. My quiestion is, how do you think romance will take place in Hogwarts Legacy?

The knights in the Ravenclaw common room are blocking the way to the girls dorms, which are down those stairs. The boys dorms are down the stairs on the left, which have no knights. It's similar to the defence mechanism in the Gryffindor common room where the stairs turn into a slide if a boy tries to access the girls dorm.

@@CulturedPotato I think it's a pregnancy protection measure, because obviously there are hormonal teens in those dorms and um.... not all of them are gay lmfaooo. So naturally an "accident" may occur and the knights are the protection to teen sex.

I'm a Slytherin, but I love all the common rooms. I love the warmth and friendliness of Gryffindor. The intelligent and high status look of Ravenclaw. The coolness and mysterious feeling of Slytherin. The nature of Hufflepuff.

That's what it's like in the books. The portrait opes up to a tunnel which you crawl through. Professor McGonagall even crawls through at one point lol

It looks like the armor in the Ravenclaw common room is blocking the girl's dormitory entrance, and it's going on guard as a boy walks past. I presume this is the Ravenclaw feature, in the way that the stairs turned into a slide on the girl stairs in the Gryffindor common room. Makes me really wonder what defensive measures Hufflepuff and Slytherin have on the girls dormitories.

I love all of them, but this video got me thinking... Albus Dumbledore was born in 1881, so if we arrive at Hogwarts in 1890 and are still there in 1892 that means that he would be 11 and about to start his first year at Hogwarts; maybe if you are a gryffindor you get an Easter egg and get to meet young albus?

Slytherin is a whole vibe

Hufflepuff common room is the best and most beautiful and comforting.

🤓 This confirms I am still a Ravenclaw at heart, and mind. Dreamy stars and sharp architecture to frame books on the windowsills? Paradise! But I have to admit that an evening sketching in the Hufflepuff area would be so soothing. I could even grab snacks from the kitchen! ☺️

I think Slytherin and Ravenclaw are the best looking common rooms. And since i am a Slytherin according to the fun club i am definitely happy with this common room for my first gameplay 😎😎😎

Seeing this just really makes me wish that Hogwarts was real🥺😅

I LOVE BEING A GODDAMN HUFFLEPUFF

I hope we're able to sit down on chairs, play chess, talk with other house mates and interact with many things in the common rooms

I highly recommend taking the official Harry Potter house test. It's fun, and let's you know what house you're in if you're having trouble deciding what house to be in. I got ravenclaw can't wait

@@TedBaggins Yeah, I couldn't decide between Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. I like the theme of Ravenclaw, but the Hufflepuff common room looks so cozy and nice. So I decided to take the test and play whatever it tells me I am. Apparently I'm Slytherin. Ohwell, at least I prefer the green robes over Hufflepuff's yellow. The Slytherin commons look pretty cool too.

Not me bawling my eyes out, as a Hufflepuff i have been waiting for this for so long. i am bawling

A story line that takes place over the course of at least two years makes sense given the addition of seasonal mechanics. Thought I do hope the devs still find a way to keep the gameplay non-linear, as most of us have real world sh1t to deal with and don't need added timers on our escapism/entertainment.

I LOVE this, but my concern is, will we actually be able to interact with it or not? Like sitting, Reading, laying down, Interacting with classmates, or pets? It’s already confirmed there are no mini games (which is stupid) so I wonder what the hell are we going to do outside of missions. Just look at everything?

Dang all the houses look so great My favorite is probably hufflepuff it just looks so home-y I also like how the slytherin house looks like a traditional spooky sorcerer dungeon/lab and the windows into the black lake are really cool I find aquatic life strangely fascinating and magic aquatic life would probably be even more so Making me rethink if I want to be a ravenclaw

I have been sorted into Slytherin every time i have taken the pottermore quiz (and thats a lot the last 5-6 years)... So i will have to go with them on my first playthrough. But damn i love the Hufflepuff common room.

Same, I wanted Hufflepuff just for the cozy common room, but couldn't really decide. I opted to let the quiz decide for me and it told me Slytherin. Slytherin it shall be!

I am a Gryffindor, but Slytherin common room is masterclass

slytherin seems so dreary, almost like abuse.... lol, it's almost as if they foster the behavior with torture. they could at least make it look warmer with more torches or fireplaces. even snakes like warmth. lol

Ravenclaw room reminds me of the Oval Office

when I watched all the videos about the castel in the game, the size of the castle and common rooms/dormitories was the first thing I noticed and immediately fell in love with. It truly shows a CASTLE and not some building. It also shows that there are over a thousand students attending, meaning that over 250 people are in one house and they need to sleep somewhere and, if it‘s curfew but you don’t want to go to sleep yet, hang around. Hogwarts is said to be really big and that you‘ll most likely never truly discover everything in hogwarts so I appreciate the size of the castle

Can't wait to play this when I'm home from work on Monday

I was surprised at how much I liked the Slytherin area. It gave me a Final Fantasy 8/the legend of dragoon water temple vibe. Especially when in the hallways with the water on the sides and the domed aqua lighted skylights. super cool! love all of them! Wondering how much this game is going to influence the look of the upcoming series!!

Why? The Ravenclaw emblem has always been an Eagle, and the eagle statue hanging on the door asking for a riddle, just like a sphynx, is a feature of Raven claw common room entrance in the books.

I'm a die hard Slytherin, and while I do enjoy the common room, the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff common rooms make me really wish i were one of those instead. My personality and vibe fits best with Slytherin, but my STYLE fits best with Ravenclaw. Ugh this is tough. Am I really about to abandon my own house just because I prefer Ravenclaws area much more?! :(

I'm a Slytherin too and i agree haha. I'm still choosing the Slytherin common room, but honestly you can always play again and choose a different house. Plus, if you feel like your style fits best with Ravenclaw, then go for it and experience it

You can't sit in the chairs anywhere. You are on the go all the time. You can't interact with anyone, unless you have a mission with them. That bugs me

i liked ravenclaws and slytherin ,

The most magic place look is Ravenclow. Magl place is Gryffinor (looks like elite school). They stole the colours from Slytherin. A Silver and green not gray everywhere. There are much less any different things and details then Gryffindor. Shytherin did not looks like enough elite place. But anyway not bad. Sorry for my English.

I rly find the texture in the gryffindor common room poor its very bad tbh could've been one of my faves. Ravenclaw got the most elegant hufflepuff has the cosiest, slytherin the darkest and scariest gryffinfor i don't get any sort of feeling from it rly sad cause i loved it in the movies and books

Silly one I know, but I'm super upset that the Slytherin and Hufflepuff common rooms don't have bathrooms. First, you can't put them in Gryffindor and ravenclaw and not in the other 2 and you expect me to believe Slytherins would share a bathroom that muggleborns may use.

In real life, Hufflepuff is NOT my favorite. In the game, it is the best house though--best and most thoughtful design (like a Hobbit hole), most number of spaces to explore, lots of animals/nature themed, and the side quest is the best. Maybe because the developers wanted people to go back and play the game with the least popular house, who knows, but it is the best to play with.

I agree it does not look good. A lot of ugly portraits of people does not help either. Ravenclaw looks best to me, then Hufflepuff. Slytherin looks very damp and not comforable.

I hope you don't catch a cold down there. ;) I'm Ravenclaw and their room is my fav because it's what I expect of a D&D "wizard style". But it shouldn't matter much since we'll be out exploring the castle, town, wilderness, stopping naughty slytherins, and doing quests to learn things instead of long classes and reading entire books in the room since this is an adventure game instead of a simulation.

Ravanclaw doesnt work. Use dark brown to contrast the statues and inject bronze
