You dropped the ball with the bears. There are quite a few myths surrounding bears, such as running downhill, black/attack, brown/lay down, etc... I think this was AI generated lol?

Dude, this is not a complete list, you can add a lot of things to each item. This way you can endlessly collect information😂

This is a reply to bipolar stating 'Venom, not poison.' --------- A venom IS a poison. Poisonous; enough of a substance to cause harm to organisms. Venomous; the ability to produce and deliver a poison by specific methods. You can see from this that a venom is a poison in regard to what it is and its effects. To that extent, saying snakes (those that are!) are poisonous isn't wrong, just less specific than the additional bit. Yes, a venom is a subset of poison in regard to how it is delivered, but it's still a poison.

@@TheNarratorPaint "Thank you for the detailed explanation" Was that to me? I ask only because my comment only shows when I select 'newest first'. Anyway, I include it again, but really it's for bipolar to read and correct themselves. ------------ A venom IS a poison. Poisonous; enough of a substance to cause harm to organisms. @@TheNarratorPaint Your use of the word poison is correct. A venom IS a poison. Poisonous; enough of a chemical substance to cause harm to organisms. Venomous; the ability to produce and deliver a poison by specific methods. Venom; a chemical substance delivered by an organism into another via specific means to cause harm. Poison; a chemical substance causing harm to organisms You can see from this that a venom is a poison in regard to what it is and its effects. To that extent, saying snakes (those that are!) are poisonous isn't wrong, just less specific than the additional bit regarding the specifics of delivery. A venom is a subset of poison in regard to how it is delivered, but it's still a poison, not a distinct thing.
