6:35 the elixir wasn't actually random. It would choose one of the elixir cost from any of the 8 cards in your deck and apply it to your current cycle of cards.

The 2022 "random elixir" gamemode actually randomised using elixir costs from your deck! You could put like 10 Pekkas and Mega knights down with mirror, was pretty fun.

The only joke in 2023 was lv 15

Way out there idea, but evo mortar is similar to the april fools mortar so could there be the chance that evo tombstone does just that

The master one remebmbered me the old times when the master for arena 10 and 11 called camoy i think, had infinite elixir and his strategy was spamming leggy cards nonstop so it was pretty much a imposible fight, good times

I still remember the 2018 AF stuff. I thought the challenge joke was meant to reward you with a skeleton card for playing so much. I had no idea that other challenges couldn't be started while the joke challenge was active, and that the rewards spelled April Fools. Edit: also had no idea about this year's AF joke I too was caught off guard by the pay to play update going on an didn't play CR all month.

The insane part is that the whole Mortar April Fool's joke back in 2016? Yeah they made that an actual "Evolved" Mortar card for their whole Dark Elixir gimmick in current Clash Royale. Only difference is that it's Goblins riding the Mortar shells, rather than a full on Goblin Barrel. Imagine that.
