If there's one thing I've been enjoying about these list videos, it's that it isn't just endlessly listing stats, but it's taking the guns in the context of their respective games. Sure, on paper a gun's stats might look swell, but if it doesn't fit the game it's in or is simply just heavily outclassed by every other gun in the game, you put it lower than a gun that is statistically worse but simply belongs in the game it's from

There js still a debate on my friends list for mw2 if the fomas the acr or the ump was the best gun I know this is assault rifles and the ump doesn't count but the acr is still my first choice

Everybody slept on the XR-2. That was most definitely my best gun in BO3. The CM901 from MW3 was actually ridiculous as well. Dropped multiple M.O.A.B’s with that thing

I love how he said the An94 was "the final unlock which is what it should be it's the best" then proceeds to put 3 more assault rifles from Bo2 in front of it. To put this into perspective there are 9 ARs in bo2 so by his list it's actually middle of the road

I loved using the Odin in MW 2019. Started leveling it for the camo challenge and hated it. By the time I had finished its camos though it was one of my favorite weapons. Certainly not the best in that game though. Still pains me to see it THAT low on the list.

The FAD and odin being so low compared to all the other assault rifles is a joke

Mw Amax Was the strongest weapon in game for a long time even the amax smg build had a faster ttk then the mp5 until it was nerfd

I liked the Groza because it went toe to toe with some of the more dominant smgs of cold war.

Man that segment about the COD WWII STG aged interestingly, given how good the gun is in Vanguard

I knew the Oden would be very low on this list, I play hard core search and with the attachments I use on it, it's pretty much an automatic sniper rifle so I love this gun, Everytime someone complains about hit markers, I'm always like, use the Oden then

The Odin is one of my favorite assault rifles in MW19. Right behind the m13, which WAS my favorite in that game lol

This is gonna sound so corny but, 10 years after mw3 I still feel pride when the m16 is at the bottom on the list and I still got a Moab with it lol. Same thing the the mp5 from the smg video, I got a Moab with literally every gun in the game, good times Now my good games are like 45 and 10 with sbmm 😢

I 100% agree on the MW2 FAMAS. It's by far the best AR in history of Call of Duty. I think I have gotten more nukes with that gun alone, than all the other ones combined. Slap Stopping Power on it, alongside Scavenger and you are basically invincible. It had super-clean iron sights (being the Magpul style flip-up sights), and that left a slot open for customizing the gun. Usually people either used the suppressor or FMJ bullets

He’s said multiple times he’s not gonna rank guns based on how good they were in hardcore.

The SMR was inferior to the FAL unless you used it in full auto. The FAL used to be better in that regard too until it got nerfed so now the SMR is the best select fire full auto gun pretty much.

It’s essentially a Galil that trades damage, range, and mag size, for faster handling.

I always thought the MW2 Tar-21 was among the best ARs in cod history. Yes, it had high recoil but its DPS was absolutely unreal, I am pretty sure that with stopping power, it had the highest DPS of any gun in cod history. It was arguably overshadowed by the Scar-H which sacrificed DPS and ammo count for much lower recoil, but the sheer power of the Tar-21 gives it a special place no other gun had

Technically the M14, G3 and FN FAL are Battle Rifles, not Assault Rifles. That's a fatal flaw by the devs but they simplified classes.

CoD 4 G3, MW 2019 AK, and the MW 2019 Scar 17 were my fav. The MW 2019 AK with 5.45 ammo was brutal up close.

The QBZ is actually the most accurate rifle, except EM-2. But QBZ has a higher fire rate. It's the perfect Middle Of The Road weapon.

Unpopular opinion but the smr from bo2 was underrated. Throw select fire on it and it was absolutely broken.

I got the GOAT variant Volk on WW2 pre patch, and it was my favorite rifle to use especially with High Caliber and Extended Mag

Can’t argue stats with anyone, but my all time favourite COD AR is the MW2019 M4. Versatile off the bat. But with a custom gunsmith build, it could be anything.

Strongly disagree with the original Black Ops FN FAL. The rest of the guns in the bottom 50 were all pretty much a dumpster fire (I'm looking at you SMR) but I went on sooooo many killing sprees with the FAL in both BO and BO2. Especially in BO2 with the Select Fire and Target Finder attachments. It was disgustingly good. Maybe it's just me?

Best ARs across all CoDs: 1. MW2 ACR 2. BO2 - M8A1 3. CoD4 M16 4. MW3 ACR 5. MW2 Famas Every other list is wrong. Argue with the wall.

The MW3 M16 got a huge buff that made it way stronger than the Type95, with better damage, range, and accuracy.

I remember using the FN Fal in BO1 with Grenade Launcher. I'm not sure why, but I rly liked the setup.

Dude, you missed a few guns from COD WW2

acr 6.8 was the best assault rifle ever, completely broken. No recoil, 2-3 shots every range, great fire rate, good magazine. It had every strong attribute an assault rifle can have. MW3 lobbies were 70% acr 25% mp7, 5% msr. Technically the mw2 fal is the most overpowered gun ever if you have quick fingers though...

Mod2019, AN-94 is a very solid rifle, it's easy to control, kills quick even if you miss the burst shots.

Krig 6 should've been lower and Groza should've been higher. Also the FARA is actually great at long range, so not sure what that is about. Assuming we exclude the FFAR, the FARA is tied with the AK-47 and Vargo for the fastest ttk assault rifle in Cold War. The reason the Vargo and AK are better is because their damage drop off occurs at a further range by 10-20 m or so, but the FARA is still definetly a top contender. The Vargo and AK just simply are better due to faster movement speed, faster reload, and the bump in range (one or mutiple of these combinations).

Man o war is a top 25 gun in cod history AT LEAST. Definitely snubbed

Cold War's QBZ is pretty slept on, its pretty accurate, decent fire rate and good handle speeds.

The FAD after the buff was one of the better guns on that game. If the ACR or MP7 didn’t exist then way more people would have used the FAD. Can probably say the same about the AK as well.

i dont really consider the M14, Mk14, M1 Garand, etc. to be assault rifles since they shoot full size rifles
