Well-deserved win for the blues. As for my team, I wonder if we have been kidding ourselves when we have been saying that Klopp is leaving his successor a talented squad. Mo is, sadly, past his best; Szoboszlai has been an anonymous shadow of the player who began the season so brightly; Konate's weakness against bustling strikers was exposed by Calvert Lewin last night; Nunez is an enigma who goes from world-beater to hopeless in the blink of an eye; and while Jones and Harvey are talented players, I have my doubts that they will become genuine top class. Confidence appears so low that even third place could come under threat unless the players can motivate themselves. All good things come to an end. It's just sad that the party is over for Jurgen's Liverpool.

I am 52 and have spent half my life in other countries and this "fan" needs educating. Liverpool are massive not just with their own fans but with neutrals as well. Often the second team of a lot of Real and Bayern fans that I know and others too. Well liked abroad and dont listen to a word from some of these bitter clowns.

Everton fans need to worry about their own club. Liverpool are fighting at completely different level to everton. Klopps legacy wont ever go, but his recent decision making and excuses just dont cut the mustard. Im a massive klopp fan, always will be, but the last few months have been hard. Since his announcement the form has gradually dropped off, to a point our attackers cant score even with 20/30+ efforts on goal, 5/6 matches on the bounce. What else do you want fans to do, they haven't got a choice but to complain about the performances. Our best player by a mile has been macallister, every time he plays as a 10 hes motm, but klopp insists in playing him out of position to fit in players that arent playing well, like jones and soboslai. Makes no sense at all. Nunez and salah have missed numerous big chances over the last few weeks, but in particular he seems reluctant to drop them and give others a chance

Klopp motivated a great squad under Michael Edwards. Edwards left and things slowly went South. Klopp played Elliott, who lost us too many games to ever recover. Elliott caused the entire gameplay to deteriorate, thus frustrating other players. Don’t come back with your inane jibes at my post, you simply have to watch the games from the last two seasons! I believe that having Edward’s back and finding the right manager, working within the successful FSG structure; Liverpool can go much further!

I really believe that something was said or happened after the FA cup defeat, I don't know what it was but there was a massive drop in form afterwards, people underestimate how much mental attitude affects things.

Crucial game, 2-0 down, 10 minutes to go, and he brings on 2 full backs......Klopp should have gone when he said he was going....we don't need this long goodbye.....

I think the fans that are going in on klopp are wrong. We have over achieved all season given where we were last season. Roof four was everyone one hope. LFC fans for which I am one need to think is it klopp who can’t score from ) yards out or is that the players. Is it Klopp who is missing challenges and not jumping or competing physically on the pitch. No it’s not. Should be questioning a players commitment. Bottom line is we still have players who are not good enough to take us forward. Elliot, Jones not good enough. Endo be a squad player Gakpo not good enough. Diaz doesn’t score enough or assist enough. We have a bigger summer ahead made more complicated because of the European championships which will delay transfers. Than the summer we just had to build a midfield

Liverpool couldn't have brought back Edwards and bring in Hughes without it causing a massive story if Klopp doesn't announce when he did.

I think mo salahs drop in form has been a big factor in Liverpools meltdown and i believe that has come as a result of him not being fully recovered from his injury at afcon. I also think that he has one eye on his move to saudi so he is definitely not at 100 percent.

klopp doesnt know how to rotate. He uses his youth when he has to and is surprised when they perform. In other words hes terrible at managing a complete squads. He burns his first choice players out. Lets blame somebody as they hurt my feeling's, now my day is ruined.. i have some advice for u, if football affects so badly and wronged u .. piss of and dont follow it or the club your meant to love.. the game brings people, friends family's together.. u have a laugh , cry, happy moment's some not so happy.. scream and sing hell, gives u all the emotions of life.. its all entertainment and a bit of fun, u either love your club or u don't.. but never do u criticise or disrespect the manager or of your football team, that has given u so much..

Only an Everton fan can talk such rubbish. Liverpool are loved all over the world, the only people slating Liverpool are part time glory hunters and every top club has them . We lost the league before Everton and actually started playing poorly after the cup final. You’ll see how well klopp is loved in a few weeks, regardless of the position !
