Physicality has been our biggest problem this season. There were games when we have been completely overrun by fitter, faster and stronger players. We concede too many from set plays because we can't compete in the air. That's got to be remedied. Hamer and Arblaster have the creative midfield covered, with Brookes as back-up. But we need to support them with two stoppers, (like a Calvin Phillips) to win back the ball, wide players with pace and a completely rebuilt and balanced defence and keeper.

Gonna be a shame to see Foderingham go, he's been a fountain of impressive saves despite the occasional shoddy choices

I feel for Sheffield, hope you get strait back up!, up the toffee's
