David, this elevation is beautiful & looks so much bigger in person. Love the high ceiling & open floor plan. Love the entry & patio tile. However, i'd def use a bigger tile, atleast 16×32 all throughout the house, if the budget allows us to. I agree with you on the gray tile 12x24 that comes included with the base is a winner. I prefer this kelton model than the one at skye canyon (clavel) due to the bathroom on the hallway to the right is placed inside bedroom 2. You won't see it right when you open the main door.😁 Would keep the den the way it is. Upgrade the island to waterfall edge. I'd go for the cooktop & oven microwave combination but again "no cookies" for you.. lol. Would use that quartz countertop as backsplash. Another great video DC! Thank you.

Hey David. Are 3 car garage generally only placed on homes over 2,200 sqft? I have noticed none of the 1,800-2,100 sqft single level homes have 3 car garages. Also, on the 2 levels. Usually never see 2 levels under 2,400sqft with 3 car garages.

I prefer log cabin homes
$7,000-$8,000 upgrade for the double stacked cabinets in the kitchen is a waist of money. First you can reach them without a step stool, so every time you want to use them you have to pull out a step stool. Second you take away the ability to have above cabinet lighting and the ambiance that it provides. Personally, I would keep the money in my pocket or put it towards other options.
