Hi! Both are shown but they are so similar that you might not notice. The Installation is the same but the warranty is lifetime on the gold and 90 days on a non gold. If they are similar in price, I would opt for the gold.

How much wiggle does the gold slim wiggle? Mine wiggles in either position. Some reviews said theirs dont wiggle at all! My base dont move at all just the seat

Does the rear latch work on older vehicles? Where does it connect? Thanks for the video!

Hi! Are you speaking about the Rear tether hook? I believe cars that are older than 20 years will not come with the rear tether anchors. The latch system became more universal starting 2002 but I HIGHLY recommend double checking that your vehicle has the anchors. I have seen some people hook the hooks onto the bottom of the rear passager seat but I would not recommend that as all cars are different.

Hi! Is there a different in how far out it sticks in rear facing vs the gold non slim? My boyfriend is 6’2 and we have a RAV4. Wondering if it makes a difference regular vs slim for him to have space. Thanks!

Hi! No difference in terms of how far it sticks out in rear facing. They both take the same amount of space except for the width.

Hi. I recommend the slim gold because gold = lifetime warranty while the non gold has a 90 day warranty. For a corolla, go with the slim. It's a compact/intermediate size vehicle and the extra 2 inches is noticeable in smaller vehicles.

Hi! It depends how much the seat is reclined. In a jeep wrangler, the evenflo takes enough space that the seat can only be about 60% slide back with the seat upright before your child's can kick the front seat in front.

Do you prefer the gold or quick clean? Mostly interested in the fabric if one is more comfortable then the other.

Hi! I prefer the gold because of the warranty. The quick clean is nice but not as quick as it sounds.
