Those cup holder inserts do come out.. just squeeze them and pull up.. :)

I wish the base came off because it sits up too tall in the actual seat of 5ge car for my toddler to climb in and out of. Also, if anyone has a 2 door car, it may not fit rear-facing. My seats wouldn't flip and click back into place with it behind them or in the middle.

I hope evenflo sees this: Unfortunately, when a child throws up all over the straps, I’m gonna need to remove those and it’s nearly impossible for the average person to do it on this car seat. I have never been so frustrated with a car seat in my life and I have had them for 14 years. We HAVE to be able to remove the straps. And it HAS to be easy. I came so close to throwing the piece of crap away and emailing evenflo a load of expletives. I ended up taking off the entire back with square screw bit and since I knew how car seats worked to an extent I was able to put it all back. But now I’m pissed and evenflo won’t get another dime from me. Moms that have to clean up after a child’s blowout or throw up don’t need this stress. I’m all about safety for our children but I’ll not have my car smelling like excrement. Do better @evenflo

I could not have said it better myself I am in your LITERAL EXACT situation.

Is this for every stage how old can a baby be in this I wanna make sure my son can be in it till he’s 6 years old how do u fix the straps to don’t be tight I just got mines today

If you have about 2 hours and square haed screw driver. Worst car seat I've ever owned. The brand overall has the worst engineering I've ever seen. Terrible and overpriced go with Graco
