Even though I'm ill, I try to study watching BBC's vídeos. Even if everybody died, the universe would not change a little.
Even though I don't have too much time, I wouldn't lose the BBC's useful tips like this 👍😀
Even though I watched this video in a rainy condition, I still could hear the sound clearly. Even if my mum called me, I wouldn't stop watching this video. I do like BBC LE 😀😀
Even though my time spent in English is dominant in translation skills, such useful clip should not be ignored. Even if extraterrestrials touch down on the earth, I believe that it is not a doomsday.
Those specific videos are really useful They focus on one thing or compare similar and sometimes mixed up vocabulary or grammar notes. I think it's a very useful way of learning Thanks for the video

Even though I hate working but I m still going to work every single day. Even if you go to watch the movie Avengers, I m not gonna go I need to do my homework.

Someting hypothetical

Even if they pay me I won't go outside in this covid pandemic
Even if there are still corona virus by2021, I'm going to abroad.
I don't understand which part from "even though" is true but unexpected.
Even though I love you, I'm still going to talk about your bad habits.
I like the videos of this channel cuz they're short but comprehensive. Im getting tired of watching long english lessons. Just sayin'
Still they look the same I mean what’s the difference between hypothetical and unexpected things
Sounds like an Innocent child...i net he teaches children english a lot
This video is very misleading!! "Even if" is not necessarily hypothetical e.g. She’s going to have problems finding a job even if she gets her A levels Getting her A levels is not hypothetical or it would be "even if she got". "Even if" is used to emphasize that something will still be true if another thing happens. Use the past tense after it to convey a hypothetical present, and the past perfect to convey a hypothetical past.

Thanks for your comment, hypothetical here is used in the broad sense of something suggested, that may or may not be true. As you have stated, this can both be for an unreal condition, or something that is seen to be likely, and you are right to point out that the degree of likeliness can be indicated by the following tense. It is certainly true that "Even if" is used to emphasise that something will still be true if another thing happens and "Even though" is used to emphasise that something is still true, even though another thing has happened.
Even though I hate cooking I m still gonna cook for my mom
