▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
5 chicken thighs
Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano
Rub the chicken well with spices on all sides
2 tablespoons vegetable oil + 2 tablespoons butter
Sear the chicken on both sides over high heat
1 onion
take the chicken out of the pan
1 carrot
4-5 potatoes
4-6 cloves of garlic
small bunch of parsley
90 grams of honey
50 ml soy sauce
100 g satsebelli sauce (or any tomato sauce)
4-5 tablespoons of mustard
mix everything well
juice of half a lemon
After boiling, boil for 3-5 minutes
Bake at 200°C for 25-35 minutes
The dish will turn out incredibly tasty and juicy!
