Cricket is generational in India. The love for the sport is something which is passed down the family tree. Those who saw Gavaskar play will say there will be no one like him but then Sachin came. Those you saw Sachin play they also said the same thing . Virat proved them wrong. After a few years somebody will replace Virat.

Not all cricketers can ask these kind of questions. It is something to do with the personality of the one asking the questions. I have seen questions from Chahal and Rohit. Those were mostly fun related. I have seen Ganguly, DK, Ashwin conducting the interviews in a very well manner with intellectual questions. We cannot say the same for all the cricketers. Note: I'm not judging the intelligence of people here. I'm just talking about what they want to express.

Sachin is Zen like in real life, Kohli is Zen like in speeches. Everybody need not be the same. For eg: Sachin was great in providing technical tips and correcting even international players. I have heard it from few interviews. We dont hear anything like that about Kohli. The way Sachin interacts with fans, how he conducts his life and the respect he shows to the game in interviews, this is also something in which Kohli cant inspire! This is what champions are made of!

@@anunaymishra4192 one more thing other captains also had the chance. they didnt win it. Teams fear playing us even in their home grounds like everyone used to fear australian team in 2000s. Reason everyone knows if not would suggest to watch each and every test match in the last 5 years with Australia , England , South Africa and New zealand.

not everyone can have such ambition . I certainly don't think so. I am starting to think ambitious men have a certain talent of being ambitious and it rubs off to some extent on the others.
