There were probably 4 malls built in St Louis that didn't need to be. Now the strongest are the ones surviving.

I think St Louis Mills could have survived had it been built in a better location and if they didn't allow all that outlet center development out in Chesterfield. That was a huge mistake. It's too bad that is the one mall I wished would have made it.

Fast forward to 2021 and even this mall is showing the signs it's not doing well.

It’s doing extremely well, definitely the best mall in the St. Louis area.

The galleria has the metro link that’s going to be the down fall
