The story of the Evelyn sister is long and complicated. Are you asking for the plot behind, the sisters themselves? They've made a whole album on it, or you could search for "The Tragic Events, Evelyn Evelyn". The Tragic Events of September come in three parts, and tell most of the story of the sisters.
