Ngl, I blame Alexander for his sons death..he shouldn't of told him to aim towards the sky, it's clear he would of died since the other person has no clue that he would of aimed up so of course he would of shot him thinking that Phillip would shoot aswell..so if you think about it Alexander basically wanted burr to shoot him so that he would have no choice but to hide and feel guilt...well that's what I think anyway

FAVOURITE SONG AND TWO FAVOURITE CHARACTERS WOW YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO PLAY WITH MY EMOTIONS

This makes me want to WRITE you guys, seriously this is amazing! Phillip wanting to be called Jackie, not because of himself, but because of the man watching over him, the one with that very name. Phillip seeming so much older than he is, because the man with the crumbling body is teaching him about the world far away. Phillip resolving things on his own instead of going to his parents, because the man has good advice even if he sometimes seems so, so sad. Phillip confessing he has feelings for other men to no one, except for the man who's drifted around him his whole life, who just smiles and talks about someone called "Alex". John wanting to look out for this kid he doesn't know, because he sees something just as trapped and afraid as himself in the kid's shadowy eyes. John wondering on how young and old he really is, as the night engulfs the sleeping kid he's helping grow up in such a cruel world. John being the parent for someone else, not because the kid has none but because he can't stand to sit and watch the kid's father scare this damaged orphan by being near him, watch the kid rage away in silence as he watches his father be unfaithful. John reassuring this kid who looks so much like himself, because he's in love and John doesn't want this to waste away like his own relationships did. Modern Phillip and Ghost Laurens, adopted kid of the Hamiltons and a rights activist killed by police error, cmon guys this is great

It’s been 4 years since I saw this animatic and obsessed over it, it’s been 7 hours since I saw Hamilton for the first time 🥲

That last scene is forever engraved into my eyes especially when I listen to this song (and it's surprisingly catchy,I've had it stuck in my head from 2:00pm til I went to sleep one day.

I love the expressions and the emotions expressed in this video! Just one issue: I have absolutely no idea what the song is about. This isn't your fault at all, I just don't get it. It sounds nice, but I understand nothing. Anyways, 10/10 would watch again.

The original song is a part of a series of songs following conjoined twins Evelyn and Evelyn. They aren't getting along. One wishes for large aspirations and to be together forever. The other wants privacy and to be alone. John wants to keep Phillip safe. Phillip wants to learn his own way and doesn't listen. I guess
