Mate I LOVED this. I was born in 72 in England so didn't really dig the man BUT I had this toy back in the day . So much fun making ramps and smashing up poor EK. Mate for 7.mins there you had me smiling and you brought my childhood back and mum.n dad and all the memories. I am forever in your debt man

I might be dating myself here, but I had the original version of this. I got it for Christmas one year when I was really young in the mid 70's. It was frickin' awesome! It came with a ramp and we would jump it across the whole living room lol. Great find brother!

Your attention to detail in explaining is cool. Had a couple back when new in 70's the old school handle bars would break. My Dad a Auto body guy bent some wire and somehow remounted them never broke again,lol Guess those 4 foot off the porch to driveway took a toll on ol Evel's Bike back in the day.

Great memories, Brent! I always wanted one as a kid in the 70's but my Dad couldn't afford it so I had to make do with one of the cheap knock-offs! Still remember playing with it on the garden path, awesome fun! That last jump you did over the trucks was PERFECT - 10 out of 10! :-)

Awwesome... lol 7:18 ... talk about a kid in a candy store.. That was awesome. I had one of these as well. But for me the best toy I had like thi, was Smash Up Derby. Not sure if you remember it. 2 rigs, a bug and a truck They had a pull chord too that you pulled from the center of the vehicle then lay it down and they would smash together and the doors bumpers trunk and hood would pop off and it came with 2 jumps. Aw they don't make them like they use to... Great video bud. Thumbs up from me

Awesome. I still have mine from the late 70,s. I bought a second one at a yard sale in 82 when I was 12 and took the electric motor out of a old electrolux power nozzle and mounted it to the crank stand and put a light dimmer switch in line so we could bring the power up slower and not strip the gears then ran a cord out to the street and played forever. I know it ran at least 25 or 30 mph. I still have it I can't believe nobody else has done this and put it on KZread. Lol

I remember not ever being able to get mine to sit down because the legs were too stiff. Maybe because I was so young. I was playing with one of these when I was probably about 7 or 8 yrs old. I'm like you. I've got a couple ordered and am waiting to play with my Brother like we use to. Ha Ha. Good times ! It takes me back just to watch the videos. I can't wait man. Cool video

Great video! I bought one of the stunt cycle repros a few years ago and was so disappointed with the motor. Luckily I found an original bike that was somewhat beat-up but the motor was good. So, after much cutting and re-riveting etc. I finally got the thing back together with the original motor in the new body. And wow, that thing was (and still is) insanely quick and jumps amazing heights and distances. Why oh why won't anyone make one of these with the original style metal gyro? I suspect cost or health and safety but wow, it is so much better.

That's a great idea I have some original bikes but they are to nice to tear apart I will definitely have to keep a eye open for a broken bike I didn't even think about checking to see if the motor was different

I saw this in the background in a previous video of yours and assumed it was an original, too precious to run. I´m delighted to hear that these are available again. He goes for a good long way, too. I´d love to see him unexpectedly ride past in the background in one of your RC videos! He´s about the right size : )

Just a heads up everyone, buy this straight from California Creations and NOT eBay. eBay has them for around $80 and it’s half the price from California Creations. Anyway, this is just like the original. I ordered it for my nephew and no a new generation loves it!

Actually his last just was on January 31, 1977, where he was to jump a shark... he crashed. He broke both arms and injured a cameraman, he used the cameraman's injury as his final excuse to retire.
