So... we got a VILLANEVE KISS!!!!! After waiting for almost 3 years we got it and I couldn't be any happier to know that it's canon. The entire episode and especially THAT bus scene... was straight up taken from some fanfic because I'm still SHOOK to the core and I can't believe this actually happened... and this is one of MANY villaneve edits from me, so prepare for the wild ride, guys!!

@@Infinitex no, she did it from the beginning to distract, her gaze was angry with her and she also had her eyes open and Villanel had her eyes open because if someone closed she would show surrender, so this kiss was not erotic. . , maybe we'll see a really erotic kiss afterwards

@@omatosh8108 I think that is up to interpretation... personally, I agree with Infinitex. Eve smelled Villanelle's perfume, and she was overcome by desire that she had been (unsuccessfully) trying to bury beneath all her anger, and Villanelle's face was so close, it was so easy, it was what she really wanted in that moment, so she couldn't stop herself. I don't think she intended to do it, don't think she was trying to distract Villanelle from anything. She could have done that headbutt thing without kissing Villanelle. Judging by how incredulous she looks after Villanelle leaves, she really surprised herself by kissing Villanelle, and the kiss meant something to her, it wasn't cold calculation. That's just my opinion, but maybe I just see what I want to see hahaha

@@marinamuller2385 I think it can be both, actually! It probably was both, Eve wanting to gain some of the control back, this way by kissing Villanelle have her let her guard down but at the same time having her so close and literally being whispered to smell her just did things to her!
They are the definition of chaotic and toxic relationship...and the craziness thing is that it's not even a relationship.

YET. Sure, it's not official and maybe both of their families have no knowledge of what's going on between them, but it IS a relationship for them as it is for most of us, and they just don't know it yet. And by "they" I mean EVE, who's thankfully coming to terms with her feelings for Villanelle. IT'S ABOUT DAMN TIME!

Eve could have responded by spitting in her face or saying something cruel, but no, her first impulse was to kiss her, apparently a move that shocked both of them, hence the eyes wide open. It wasn't romantic, but it was revealing, which is why Villanelle was smiling as she watched the bus pull away. What better way to say "I don't want to want you on top of me" than a fairly long, cold, hard kiss, then a head bump, lol? 😘

I love how you drew parallels with the other times buses appeared in the show etc and their fights in the past....this edit made me feel insane and then also live for this pairing even more. Song fits them perfectly!

honestly I didn’t know why people hyped this show but before the 3rd season came out I binge watched it and now im fcking obsessed and sad that we will have to wait so long for the next season
