Im looking for an abyssal guide similar to eve survival with information on waves. I understand there’s great variance in the waves but then maybe a detailed breakdown of ship types’ optimal ranges, neut threat and the like.

Easy way to avoid ganks is to run your filament near concord in space, say near a gate or a station were you can see them in your hud.

Since its an electric site, isn't it better to use EMP missiles for the electric dmg? If I remember correctly, didn't it also decrease the electric resistances (could be wrong for this one)?

True it varies depending on -70% em or -50% and the type of rat. because gila gets bonus to thermal and kinetic missiles, not em

Itd be nice to see these runs on a character with lower skills. Watching you with admittedly mostly max gila and drone skills struggle for time makes it hard to imagine this build is viable with a char with 3 and 4s in many sjills.

"Budget" doesn't mean it will work on low SP char. if you don't have good skills you either: avoid higher tier abyss, go with 5bil fit, or die trying and blame the creator for making a fit for a endgame content that supposed to run by high SP players.

The whole point of this vid here is to try to push the Gila to the max while keeping the price low. There is a lot of wasted potential if the character doesnt' have good skills

Be nice to see a broke man gila fit running T5 with low sp. This game is about progression and abyssals especially are risk to reward. Don't do what you don't have the skills to do or it probably won't work out. Good life lesson that's reflected just about everywhere.

Didn't get any of the difficult rooms. Karybdis, Devoted Knights, Marshal.

In the fit screen it shows the gila fit is not cap stable. While inside the filament, that gila was cap stable. How?

@@ba28272827 That is correct. And, actually fitting for the Abyss weather is the best way to make your fits more efficient. Using the right damage type/tank not only makes you clear the rooms quicker for increased isk/h, it also keeps the fitting costs much lower, compared to getting the same ehp/s or dps without the weather effects.

Did like 5 T4s in this and died, could not kill the kikimores fast enough, it absolutely could not handle their armor, how can i improve?

Replying to this in case anybody else wants the info with the kikis, vedmaks, and drekavacs, their damage ramps up the longer they have you targeted this means you can sorta try to kite them and force them to reactivate their disintegrator every minute or so, so they can't ramp up. If there's a white cloud in the room, this is definitely the best strategy, just enter the white cloud and let it boost you to the other side real fast, the kikis will catch up quickly but as long as you can break their lock, they'll lose their ramp if there's no white cloud, then just don't approach them in the beginning. Instead, move around the outskirts of the room, maybe collecting the extra loot, while waiting for them to approach you. get your drones on them ASAP and prioritize any webs or neuts, while flying directly away from them to delay as long as possible Usually by the time they move up to their optimum range you've killed three or four of them and the remainder are much more manageable You'll need a similar strategy with the devoted knights, except they don't have any ramp mechanics, with them you just have to try to kill as many of them as you can before they get into range one noobtrap that rarely gets touched on is, it's not ALWAYS best to kill the healers first. you actually significantly outdamage the reps on every wave in T5 assuming good skills. This means, as counterintuitive as it may seem, that it can actually be better to focus the high damage targets like vedmaks or kikis first, and worry about the rodivas or damaviks or priests afterward If your goal is to clear the room as fast as possible obviously this is suboptimal, but if your goal is to reduce the incoming damage as quickly as possible then it makes a huge difference

Can i asking why don't you using Ogre drones ? isn't they have better dps ? And how many hp/s your shield healing ?

The role bonus of the Gila, is MASSIVE bonuses to medium drone, with the Ogre being a heavy drone, it won't recieve those bonuses. Besides that, the Gila 'only' got 20 mbit drone bandwith, meaning it can have 2 medium drones out or up to 4 light drones (who also won't be recieving the role bonus) and won't able to deploy a single heavy drone either because heavy drones require 25 mbit bandwith pr drone. With my skills, mind you I'm not the creator, I get around 600 EHP/s or 191 HP/s before resistences with this fit in electrical, with decent skills :)

@@oceankingdom1985 In case of electrical filaments, the abyssal weather reduces EM resists and Amarr drones deals EM damage, besides that one of the reasons you see a lot of Amarr drones is that they usually have A LOT better turret tracking than Gallente drones, with the infiltrator having roughly 50% better tracking than hammerhead. While 'Augmented' deals slightly more damage they are also pretty expensive! As of right now in Jita, an Infiltrator II is roughly 1m ISK, while the 'Augmented' Infiltrator is almost 48m ISK :)
