My husband passed away at 38 from SUDEP (sudden unexpected death in epilepsy) and I haven't been able to listen to music since ... thank you for your whole album. I felt it all.

with artifact/the turn giving off the aftermath of an event like the apocalypse or the ending calmness of an event that's just destroyed everything in its paths, the 3,2,1,0 and drums of broken pieces shine is like the rising phoenix of the aftermath, and the album itself leading through the event of the good and bad, ending of with blind belief being a shine of hope for the future. its amazing!

They opened every Australian show with this song on August this year... I was at the Sydney show and I can assure you, as soon as this started, you could literally feel the place explode with excitement and love for Amy and the band. The atmosphere was totally amazing and this song perfectly set the scene for it.

Holy shit. That transition towards the end.

I'm vibing the hell out of Evanescence these days.

IKR? What took them so long? JK but seriously I had Bitter truth on my feed and Im just like "Wait wass that on the last album? (2011 album not 2017) realize its not ..... "FINALLY NEW MUSIC FROM EVANESENCE!" Don't get me wrong I didn't mind Synthesis but as someone whos not a big fan of classical I didn't really like it.

This song hit me so hard. I’ve been there. The uncertainty of survival but needing to fight. This whole album is amazing

Amy Wilson Obviously, I don't know you... But I really love your NAME!!! And Ann Wilson and Amy Lee are simply the two greatest vocalists in music history, PERIOD! At this point I've seen Heart live approximately 15 times thus far and Evanescence live approximately 10 times(which is a little weird, I understand). But, seriously, if you haven't seen either one or both of these bands in concert yet, I strongly suggest you make that a top priority because it sounds like you favor their type of heavy rock!

The Gods of Melodrama Metal is back.

One of the most impressive things about the song is there’s almost no single steady drum rhythm throughout the song, it’s all over the place and I absolutely love it, and it’s absolutely aggressive and in your face.

Will's drumming is always incredible. Awesome song!

This is what exactly felt when Fallen was released. That god damn goosebumps are real man. Woah.

One of the best tracks on the new album in my opinion. I think they definitely achieved what they were trying to create with the new sound.

This song hit me hard when I was at a crossroads in my life, after a spiritual awakening changed everything. My old self literally feels like she is dead and all I have are these broken pieces... But I'm stronger than ever ! All we can do is keep going. This album was a gift from the universe, confirmation that I am going in the right direction although I'm not exactly sure where the hell I'm going. Love & light to you all! Never stop fighting and FEAR NO EVIL.

This is the best evanescence album I’ve ever heard- guys you don’t even understand. The band only gets BETTER. I just reacted to the entire album with friends. Each song has its own unique tone to it. This is the best lyrics I’ve heard. It’s going to help so many people. They’re gaining fame again too! ALMSOT 100k less than a day!!!

Found this band when I was 6 listening to my mom's mix cassette that had a lot of different songs it has bring me to life on it that got me into evanescence

When its all said and done she will be among the best rock godesses. She makes this 52 yr old hardened soul melt .

I feel like an angel is singing to me and were flying in Heaven this track is phenomenal 💜🤟🏼🎸😍 way to go Evanescence wondeful return

I came across this song by happenstance, when my best friend's mother mailed the album to us out of the blue. I haven't had a song speak to me this much in a very long time. I'm currently dealing with serious illness that is more than likely cancer, based on tests. I'm sick to the point of having mobility issues and being totally dependent on my best friend, who is more of a sister than anything. Seeing me like this breaks her heart. Living right now is hard and it hurts, but whenever I feel hopeless, I put a hand to my chest. My heart is still beating. I'm alive. There is always hope. We're all in this together. If you're reading this, I am proud of you for making it this far, and I am rooting for you.

Think Evanescence has the best drummer in the Rock genre, Amy must feel so lucky to have him.

@@eirenity you're right, the part at 1:32 was vocalized after "survival hurts" . I remember catching on pretty quickly to note it was a new song but no one believed me and thought it was part of UMV 😂. Anywho, wish they would've kept that part in the song but I love it regardless

If Death is cruel & God is pure, then Ghost will be sweet, I'm sure.

The "three,two,one,zero" reminds me so much of Solitude (1998) or the dialogues in "Origin" album songs and the rest it's heavy and very rocking, like a mix of Lies, The Only One and The Change 🔥🔥🔥💯

I’ve been in love with Evanescence since Fallen and they are still killing it! They are one of a handful of bands I have had the privilege to see live and it was definitely in my top 3 performances I have seen. Amy Lee is such an amazing singer, piano player and songwriter and she sounded even better live than on studio recordings. Thank you for getting me through life and I hope the Lord’s will is done in all your lives and everybody around you!!! ❤
