Imagine in part 2, we meet Adult Elizabeth heavily pregnant and suddenly the baby started to violently kick, the water burst. While Evan is terrified that his sister is screaming her head off like a Tyrannorsaurus, Michael try to help her but fainted because he himself is terrified while only Vanessa, Gregory and Cassidy help her and bring her to the hospital for her to give birth. I’m the end we see Cassidy and Evan children poking at their dad and uncle presumably dead corpses
