It's been a minute (read: two years) since I've done one of these. This is such a jam... I couldn't resist.

Great job, easily my favorite song from the new album. Didn't realize this drum arrangement was so busy and involved. You killed it!
The ride sounds amazing. Its so clear and definitive
So glad I clicked on this I love the drum parts and the quality is amazing. Everything is so awesome damn. Production to the actual kit to the mix between the original song and the drum take ughhhhhhhhhh yesssss
This is a great album.
Awesome, Evan!! I am so honored to be related to you! Music rules!!!
great cover dude! one of my favorite songs of keep you.
I've been waiting for you to upload more covers!
Wow! When you play I can feel the emotion and that's what music is!
Sweet time signature! Awesome playing man!
Big yes on the return to covers, Evan. Not that I mind the absence if it's filled with sweet creative SPRH noodling. (P.S, more SPRH please).
I love the minimalism. Excellent.
Love this man. You gave me more inspiration to cover this song!
This is insanely awesome.
perfect, dude, love this record, love this song! so mellow and.. gloomy.
That was beautiful, congratulations on the editing and everything!
Yooooo this was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!please play more from this band!!!!!
You're back and you're doing PBTT, of course. You've gotta stop snooking around my net activity and steal my favorite bands!
Always love watching your covers. Really really good technique I learn a lot just watching you play. Really cool choice using the butt of the stick to achieve the fatter heavier sound. Also I thought your choice of cymbals was spot on. I am a sucker for a well made dark, but tasteful, cymbal. Keep it up man!
Sweet!
Dude...WOW! That was incredible!

No more wood hoops? Haha, brilliant cover man. Missed these covers
Have you ever though of doing a deftones cover? Thanks for being an inspiration for me to keep playing drums!
This is lovely!
You killed it man!
nice Tom work I should watch again
killer drum sound man
Damn bro... damn.... u rule. nailed it!!!
Loved it, and especially loved whatever was going on in the beginning.. multiple time signatures?
Awesome to see you doing a drum cover again Evan. Any particular reason you're holding the stick upside down in your left hand? If I had to guess, it would to make the hit sound less.. sharp? Not sure if that's the right word, but then again I have no idea what I'm talking about so. Anyways, cheers man. Great song great cover.

Thanks so much for the kind words! I do that to give some more beef to the snare hits. Instead of using a heavier stick, I just flip it over!
I really like the color grading.. what do you use? the cover is exceptionally awesome too of course
dig it
Hey man. Great sound!! Could you run us through the equipment your using??
Awesome man, absolutely killed it. What ride is that? Sounds gawjuss

+Tommy Wilson +jamboyjelly Thanks for watching! I was using an AKG D110 on the kick, SM57's on the snare top and toms, Sennheiser e604 on the bottom of the snare, a pair of Nady CM-88's as overheads, and an MXL 990 out in the room. The liveliness/wetness of the room I was recording in played a big part in the drum sounds. I really cranked the room mic.
You lock in with the groove hard at 2:10, can you tell me what that sticking is for that?
Hey mate! Just wondering what the cymbal set up was for this video? Looking to get a nice Meinl crash, something versitile. Great cover.
This is way harder than he makes it look.
What cymbals do you have?
Ride sounds great! I've got a medium jazz in 22" and the same hats assuming they're 14". What size is your crash? 20?

Nice! Love me some Byzances. The crash is actually a 21"... big boy!
Great cover. But I'm really curiou about one - why is your left stick backwards?
