Fillers are really popular with celebrities to recreate the supple baby face that women lose quickly with age. It should only be used under the eyes because everything else just ends up looking puffy and firm, not supple. She probably had one good experience with it and kept doing it.

Because she's 50 and probably aged considerably since her heyday of acting and people have lost a feeling of what 50 actually looks like due to everyone getting work done. So if you stay a natural 50 you're the odd one out. Eva was always an exceptionally beautiful woman, it must be hard to (subjectively feeling like you) lose that attractiveness. It's understandable that these women try to keep their faces, sometimes more and sometimes less successful. It's sad that this is society now, but I SWEAR if she wouldn't have had any work done, people would be like "omg, she looks rough" or "she looks like a grandma now" or something mean like that. As a woman you can't win when you age - either naturally or with plastic surgery.

This is not aging it is too much work that she didn't need. She would have looked great had she aged naturally. This is sad she felt the need to do this.

What happened to her face !!! And it’s not aging just saw her a couple years ago in another video and she didn’t look this !! Definitely procedures !! She should of left her face as it was !!! It's fillers, not face lifting. Celebrities have not learned that these fillers ruin their faces rather than making them look younger. It's getting sad.

I don't believe the narrative she's pushing that she quit acting to stay home with her children. When you're a wealthy movie star, you can take your kids wherever you go. I think a lot of actresses just don't want to admit they're 50 and aren't offered roles anymore. She didn't have her children until she was over 40. Then the fact she never appears in public with her husband is strange. And I really just don't understand why you do these things to your face when you're one of the most stunningly beautiful women on the planet. It's kind of a tragedy, quite frankly.

It's not tragic at all. She had a good career throughout the 90's and 00's and now she is dedicating her whole time to her family and she is married to one of the most currently successful actors in Hollywood. She has an awesome life and she looks happy! Not every woman needs to be the main provider in a family and choose her career over her kids 🙄

The women was always attractive, shes intelligent and nice I bet, I wish her the best.

I’ve never read nor seen a comment about her aging unfavorably before this transformation. It’s highly likely that her agent or some producer has referred to her aging looks, which is an endemic casting practice in Hollywood.

The media pushing the narrative that this is what aging women look like does affect our lives, and I really, really wish it didn't. It's not to shame her, the individual, it's about calling out how much mental suffering women must go through to mutilate themselves in such ways. We desperately need more natural images of women in their 50s and above.
