Ive done alot of EVA Foam Armor. Use a “Gray” sharpie. Easy to see on black and when you prime the foam for painting the gray is all gone.

I use gray sharpies before but everytime I do it dries out quickly so I started using pens and now I’m using a white chalk pencil

Polycarbonate lenses and use the mesh for mouth and nose areas for better airflow. It is contact cement not concrete cement.

I would like to pass the templates to type sheets using the screen but I have not managed to fit them well, could someone who has tried it tell me what zoom scales in pdf I can use?

Why doesn't anyone ever put their creation on..so we can see how it looks like wearing it...i've watched 3 different videos with this model..but NO ONE puts it on..so how do we know about correct size and whatever???? I'm so frustrated..*sigh*

Guilty but that table is far from perfect lol it went from being a kitchen table to a work bench due to water damage, one leg being broken and replace and reprinted

Same thing always happen to me but what I do to fix it is after everything is put together and fully dry. I start hole bigger so I can side my head in.

One helmet didn’t fit bc it was to big so I ended up cutting it in half and shaved half a inch on both side and it fit perfectly

In the description there’s a link to the template and it’s already measured for a medium size head. You will have to play with it a little bit to get the right fit

I use 10-12mm foam for most of my helmets and masks and I used them in airsoft. If you don’t feel comfortable with it then you can add more or a layer of wired mesh underneath it
