EV Market LAYOFFS Are Here! Thousands LOSING Their Job!

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

EV Market LAYOFFS Are Here! The EV market is currently experiencing a dramatic downturn. EV market is collapsing month by month, the EV situation deteriorates, setting the EV makers for what could be the most significant automotive crash witnessed thus far. Once celebrated as the beacon of future mobility and a key to combating climate change, the EV industry now grapples with severe and unforeseen challenges. Years of EV expansion are gone and it’s time for a new reality. In this reality, EVs don’t grow rapidly anymore. Instead, the EV market has slowed down, which imposed an unseen EV price war, where EV makers offer massive discounts just to remain in the business. Consequently, EV makers are losing big money, so the time to cut expenses has come and the easiest way to do that is to diminish the workforce. You heard us well, EV market layoffs are here! Thousands are losing their jobs and we present you 6 major cases why.

😊 Hey guys! We created the Chase Car channel to give viewers a broad overview of the upcoming new cars from the top car manufacturers. We are huge fans of pickup trucks of all sizes: compact, mid-size and full-size trucks. So mostly, we will cover new upcoming trucks, but besides that, here you can find a lot of content about new sedans and SUVs too.
The Electric Vehicle wave sooner or later will become huge, so this type of content might appear on this channel from time to time. But as we are still on the way to becoming fully electrical, we mostly cover fossil cars from many amazing brands.

In North America, people are just not interested in buying EV's. I keep wondering why these same companies do not work on new generation of turbo-diesel vehicles which can provide 650-800 miles per tank and can tow anything under the Sun? There IS a market for EV's...and Tesla was satisfying it well, but once the government put out mandates that forced EVERYBODY to build EV's.....that market quickly became saturated with far too many products for far too few customers. The massive investment needed to produce a new EV was foisted upon the still selling ICE vehicles rapidly driving up their prices and their sales down and many bankruptcies are going to happen because of it. The infrastructure to charge the EV's does not exist...so flooding the market with vehicles that cannot be charged makes no sense at all. To move to a future dominated by EV's...the infrastructure needs to LEAD the transition not try to follow it. When the grid has massive excess capacity then charging stations and EV's can be made to take advantage of it. As it stands now and into the forseeable future....this just isn't going to happen. I hope everyone remembers this in November when the party that foisted this upon us comes up for reelection.

0:45 I wouldn't say Tesla is losing money on EVs. Tesla has already scaled their production to the point that the production cost on each vehicle is profitable, and that was achieved years ago. They are just not selling as many as before but still each and every car they sell is not at a loss :)

My wife and i are seniors. We have a 2021 CX5 that we purchased new . With the GREEDY high prices that all vehicles are now we decided that this will be the last vehicle that we will own . We will make it last as long as we can and from there on we will take taxi cabs to our local destinations . This will also much cheaper .

This is what happens when manufacturers take too much notice of their Advertising and PR departments instead of their engineering department. I'm pretty sure their engineers would have told them to hold back until the battery tech gets to a level where it could be considered as adequate. Until then just produce a small 'city' car and continue research for the day that new battery tech is available.

elon is a con artist - really. He tried to promote the absurd concept that the electric car was going to be "Disruptive Technology." like the automobile was to the horse and carriage well you can easily see the difference when "Disruptive Technology" is evolving the car VS horse the iPhone VS payphone the Steam Engine VS waterwheel but stand on a street corner and point out which cars are electric and which are gasoline powered You might guess all Teslas but that's it EVs are NOT disruptive technology just a variant of the energy needed to move a car BEVs are dying right now and the hybrid probably will follow in 5 years and back to gasoline...

Ev’s will be screwed until they create the silicone/carbon Delicious/lithium battery that has a 1000 mile battery for every style vehicle. Once they get this battery cyber truck will pull more than 80 miles. This battery is in testing. The silicone will lighten the battery and will store 3 times the number of electrons. Last it will be solid state and will not burn the car down due to a short. But this battery is still 2 to 4 years away. That’s going to be a little longer than Elon and Tesla can afford. It is amazing how a little cold weather highlighted the Ev’s major drawback.
