It's supposed to be non political and we are witnessing most political year ever which just makes me so sad 😔

I'm really disheartened by everything that's happening, I would be probably handling stuff better if I didn't loose Belgium...I'm watching in the cinema in Glasgow so I think I'll still do Belgian flag make-up and for Croatian performance I'm putting on Baby Lasagna t-shirt. I want Croatia or Ireland to win. I still don't like Netherlands song but I developed a lot of warm feelings for Joost over night.

Ireland certainly has the best choreography of all but the jury will rely a lot on the songs and for me this will partially penalize their total vote.

At this point, I can't bear to watch what happens tomorrow evening. I also want Bambie Thug to win (or Norway, Croatia, Greece), but I'm terrified they're going to pull a stunt during that performance that will get them disqualified. And I think we all know what that stunt will be.

@@lolsaXx I don't think people can really agree on who to vote for, because they believe that a different person could be the one to take it. I think there's gonna be a split vote between Baby Lasagna and Bambie Thug!!!

🔮 it’ll be switzerland BL fan favourite, but but but the camera angles are so chaotic. unless there has been some changes, it’s got some sleek competition to beat - ireland is perfection on camera, nemo is perfection on camera, france too. BL need work to do

Netherlands dressing room is emptied.

The fact that Joost Klein will not be allowed to perform tonight is incomprehensible. He's not allowed to participate due to supposedly “unacceptable facts”, facts they don't even want to share with us. Meanwhile, the EBU lets a country that is killing thousands of people participate, talk about justice. I hope Joost knows he has made everyone smile and proud, especially his parents. Let the man perform again next year !

I know what happened so I'll tell you. On Thursday night after his rehearsal when he was coming off-stage, he was due to start social media reels filming before heading to the press room. That night however he was in a bad mood, and after he came down the steps he lashed out at a young girl who works on the marketing team for social media, and swung at her arm. That caused her to lose grip of her phone which went flying through the air and the screen smashed when it hit the ground. After that he then lunged at her and raised his fist as if he was going to punch her. She screamed and cowered with covering her face, and his team quickly jumped in between them and they hurried him away backstage. The girl was shaking because of how frightened she was, and other production staff were trying to comfort her and calm her because she was hyperventilating. She didn't come into work the next day, so another person in the production crew reported it to SVT, and then SVT got the EBU involved and demanded that Joost was removed because of his conduct. The girl hasn't been back to work since as they've given her time off. It was agreed early afternoon on Friday that Netherland's was going to be disqualified, but the Dutch broadcaster then started protesting against the decision with EBU, but SVT insisted that he had to removed and that he wasn't allowed to stay. Then the Dutch broadcaster involved the NPO and their board counsel had an emergency meeting with EBU's counsel trying to convince the EBU to let them use the rehearsal footage for the rest of the competition but that Joost wouldn't perform any of the live acts anymore, but the EBU held firm and Joost was ultimately disqualified. That announcement was supposed to happen before the jury show, but because the Dutch broadcaster was protesting it, it got delayed until the end of the jury show once the arena had been emptied and cleared out so there weren't any riots kicking off. But when the NPO got involved that delayed it further still and that's why it was only made official on the Saturday. EBU and SVT can't talk about the incident just yet because it's being forwarded to the Swedish public prosecutor, but AVRO and Dutch broadcasters aren't respecting the process and instead are using this time to try and make people think it wasn't anything serious or a big deal because they know the EBU and SVT can't respond without prejudicing the criminal investigation.

Huh, how can Israel be 2nd in the Odds now, after the Jury Grand Final & rehearsal?! Would someone plzzz explain me this?! I also have my own thoughts, but I'm not sure of divulging them right now, just in case I got some things wrong. Thx :)

Because Eurovision is divide and conquer. While fans split votes among 25 entries, supporters of a particular country for political reasons can vote for just one country. It's not a majority election, so 20% of the televote is enough to win, while 80% would feel cheated.

Italian leaked their votes from the second semi final and Israel got 40% of the votes which is a new record high, (in 2022 Ukraine got 25%) odds saw those numbers and placed their bets

I feel there maybe a SHOCKING winner for all folks, ISRAEL! ahah Of course I'm not sure, but they’re 2nd in the Odds now, which means the Juries & 🤝ESC have given Israel very high points, ranking. Also the Public Voting will be the highest for them because they have the largest Diaspora in the world. They will also win the Worldwide voting, just like last year. :) pps: Will there be a bloodbath for the ESC, if this really happens?! Who knows, ANYTHING can happen at the ESC! 🥵 🤡👽😅😂🤣
