The bottom 15-20 spots in the winner odds are meaningless, tbf. Checking e.g. top-10 odds (where Portugal is 24th) is a little more indicative, imo (although Portugal's still madly underrated there).

What should be mad for? It would be not the first time when a stupid song would finish in the final close of the top 10. Do you want to hear that the chances to happen that are very big? It's funny and sad in the same time. To be fair, compared to the other songs this year, Ireland’s is very different and it’s a very risky song since it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. I don’t think Ireland will win but I wouldn’t be surprised if they qualified for the final, in fact I’d actually be more surprised if they didn’t qualify, Ireland stands out this year compared to previous years, they took a big risk and I think that deserves some praise.
