This song is not a light song made just for dancing as it may seem. The meaning of the song is autobiographical, she says she carries her traumas with her (she lost her father when she was 13 years old, he was a famous Italian singer who had a heart attack during one of her concerts), suffering makes one appreciate the joys more. We need to accept the ups and downs of life and fight boredom as suffering by always staying active, we need to use these moments in a positive way even if only to reflect on our lives and not remain passive to the point of depression, so the cumbia dance of noia(boredom) is like an invitation to a party to always look for something that makes us feel good.

Se il bel canto proviene ( soprattutto ) dall'Italia, non deve farci diventare bersaglio per chi prova invidia. L' ESC lo vince solo un artista, il resto conta poco

Angelina è amata dagli italiani. È figlia di Pino Mango il più grande e UNICO Maestro al mondo che abbiamo tanto amato . Sua madre invece è un'altra talentuosa molto amata dagli italiani , cantava coi Matia Bazar ed oggi una grande Maestra .( insegna nella scuola di Mogol , la più prestigiosa ) Angelina è la loro figlia , talentuosa e considera che ha solo 22 anni , nata e cresciuta a pane e musica . ...poi la tragedia di suo padre morto in quel modo ! Quando Angelina aveva 13 anni ! Ha visto suo padre morire dal vivo e tutti quanti abbiamo assistito poiché è morto sul palco mentre faceva un concerto . Praticamente Angelina è come se fosse la figlia di tutti gli italiani . Angelina non si tocca ! ...e tra qualche anno capirai di averla giudicata troppo in fretta , senza capire le sue qualità . Ciao

Angelina è una giovane piena di talento ed è merito suo nonostante la sua famiglia. Trovo stucchevole ripetere all'infinito chi sono i suoi genitori e di detrimento alle qualità di Angelina che è bravissima a prescindere. Apprezziamola e lodiamola per sé stessa senza rivangare ogni volta l'albero genealogico!

I'm not going to list the merits of this song because you obviously will disagree with me I will only answer one of your questions "why Angelina Mango has won Sanremo festival with La noia'? She has won because her performances was 2 notches above anybody else's. Angelina is an amazing performer and this song is autobiographical, it's about no matter what has happened in her life, the trauma as a kid, the people constantly surrounding her since childhood who see evil in all things and expecting her to be sad and succumb to pain she instead wants to celebrate life, accept pain to become more human and pain makes joys greater, and laughter.can help overcome the dark moments of life. La noia means boredom but Angelina doesn't mean it as lack of fun but more as anxiety, depression, and so of all these feelings she makes "la cumbia della noia" the cumbia kf boredom, to chase off negativity. The rhythm of cumbia, a latin/african.music/dance mixed with Italian southern folk sounds inspired this song and for us Italians, maybe because we know Angelina and understand the lyrics, but above all for the way she performed, and for her quality as singer songwriter and performer, decided she should be the winner of the Festival and then represent Italy at the Eurovision song contest this year. Btw I'm a fan of Irama but his song this year and his performance was not the best of the Festival and honestly believe him ranking 5th is a fair placement. One last consideration, please allow me, Maneskin worldwide success should ring a bell about your judgment parameters...🙄😊

It's a nice song, well done made but I still don't feel in love with it and it's ok. I think that it can happen to anyone, for example, I listen just one time the spanish song and I totally fell on my knees. Normally that happens with me and Italy every single year, I guess this year was not something I waited to see but still enjoy it. Thanks for your comment. Disclaimer: apparently you have different taste for music than me! However how can you not see that this is super quality, winner vibes already and she is effortlessly perfection both vocally and in terms of stage presence live, if you are willing to check ! This production here is insane ,it lifts the song much higher than the stereotypical endless , boring male ballads we sent in the last two years, and waaay better than the average, predictable EXCLUSIVELY male songs you say you enjoyed this year!
