What happened in the last days had an impact, people were encouraged to vote for the odds favorites to avoid a certain other country to win...maybe the overall ranking wouldn't have changed too much, but the points distribution definitely

I always thought their song was mad underrated and I was surprised to see that they got some televote points as well! The uploader needs to cope. The silent majority put the song in its rightful place that’s all what matters. 5th place for a beautiful song, well deserved. Ukraine did good too coming 3rd and Switzerland was my 3rd favourite so fair play.

@@nick_5791_GR it was definitely a bit too high, like 360 points was the highest jury score ever achieved. But at this point I'm just relieved that art won over politics. I'm tired. So tired. The drama this weekend was just too emotionally draining. I'm glad it's over. Perhaps the end results were not that ideal, but at the very least the contest would be still alive.

Some random considerations regardin gItaly, if someone cares. 1) I am disappointed but not that much. 7th is still awesome, especially in an year full of politics like this. Thank you Angelina. Shame, 300 points on an invader. 2) Angelina was perfect but the stage didn't help. Colours and elegance were the most italian thing i saw in years, but reduced heavily that positive vibe that bomb Angelina brought to the stage in Sanremo and preparties. 3) same as 2, regarding dancers and coreography. That was a disastrous decision, i felt Angelina just like she was chained. 4) Italy is the best at sending singers with a song, at staging female bops it is barely decent. Slimane was a monster just like Marco last year, i think that is our way. 5) This year was full of bops, and they all failed. Maybe this is a message?

Todos, cada uno con sus propuestas lo hicieron muy bien, pero los puntos tanto por parte de los jurados como del televoto muy cansinos. Siempre igual se valoran solo unas cuantas canciones y las demás como si estuvieran de relleno. Suiza justo ganador pero tampoco hacía falta tanto 12 parecía que querían que ganara este chico Nemo. I liked the code from the start, but performance in my opinion didn't fit the song rhythmically. I think juries give almost every 12 to Switzerland to prevent Israel victory, Its almost impossible to get that much 12. This eurovison was a bit chaotic and i think it it really sends a messenge to us and EBU. Tbh I was not for Israeli ban this year, but they just with their appearance kinda killed Eurovison spirit. Next year in Switzerland, see yall there.
