Ya bueno, pero ¿y ese final de Italia?. Todo el mundo pensaba que nuestros "hermanísimos" italianos nos habrían votado con 12 puntos, al no aparecer España en la lista. Tan solo con 8 puntos habríamos quedado segundos, pero 0 (y nosotros les dimos 10!). Fue el voto más inesperado para la mayoría (hasta de fondo se escuchan gritos de España!, Españaaa! justo antes de dar el resultado). Creo que Laura se sintió un poco emm. Lo que está claro es que si no fuese por la guerra (tristemente), estoy seguro que habríamos ganado, porque la mayoría de votos que se llevó Ucrania vendrían seguramente a nosotros. Después de tanto tiempo y perdimos una oportunidad única. Estoy contento por el resultado final, es histórico, pero habríamos ganado. (después de 53 años ya toca)

Spain and UK ruled this years contest! By far the best performances of this years contest. I voted 10 times for Spain and 10 times for UK.. For me Spain and you are the truly winners.. I know how it feels, back in 2019 I had the same feeling with Duncan. It’s an overwhelming feeling to get so many 12 points from over whole Europe. Many greetings and love from The Netherlands 🥳

The level of happiness I felt when we got 12 points was unmatched and then it kept happening I just couldn’t believe it!! Sad that politics took over this year but so proud of Sam for doing what he did to change the general publics negative view on us in the contest he just seems like the nicest man ever

An anti-climax? The 12 points to The Netherlands from the Italian jury were a joy to watch: just look at S10, her joyous reaction at such an unexpected last-minute gift! Why should the same 3-4 acts get all the 12 points from the juries? Let other artists partake of the joy! You guys are clearly not "socialists" in the slightest (in spirit, not politically).

Did you guys realize that the Netherlands was the only country that received at least one 12 points that received only one set of 12 points?

"Royaume-Uni" used to be as synonymous with Eurovision as "Nul points" and Cliff Richards. Back in the day the points and countries were repeated in French or initially given in French. (at that point in the evening I was still reeling from the full hideousness of the Mika-melody)

Hi Toy & Goy! We have love for ESC in common and I follow your channel with pleasure. However very sad you seem to ”hate” Sweden. Sad!!! Facts: Dark periods when only UK, IRL and MALTA where allowed to.sing in English were 1966-1972 and 1977-1998. Victories: IRL 7 all during the Dark Period. SWE 6 regardless of language. UK 5 of which 4 were during the Dark Period. Most of UK 2 nd places are during the Dark Periods , not Sam Ryder though!❤️ Since 1999 when everybody could choose languages, the average placing: SWE 8,7 th place UK 18,7 th IRL 24,3 th No other country beats Sweden during above period. Sweden loves ESC and puts down great energy to support and contribute to this ”circus”. We are a small country with 10 mio inhabitants with an unknown language. Why do you ”hate” us? We love the UK and all the music you have given us all! Best Regs!!!

We don't hate you at all! In this video we were simply rooting for other songs. But, I've made my feelings clear in other videos, it always seems that although Sweden sends good songs, they always do well with the juries and fans, often (in my opinion) regardless of what the actual song is like. I don't feel this year's singer has any vocal presence at all (those 'big' notes in the bridge are cringe) yet they always sail to the top of the leader board. It feels like it's always their reputation that carries them, and I'm waiting for them to send something that's even a little bit different than the last ten years' songs.

People should learn for good, Jury vote only influences slightly the scoreboard. If the public wants a specific entry to win, it’s not those 12 points that will make it not happen.

I'm so glad Serbia got so many support in televote! Totally deserved. It's understandable that you two got annoyed by the fans, but to get so obnoxious, rude, and act like a 10 year old girls, while you're in your middle age, that's just crazy. Romania voted for Moldova of course , then Geece, Poland, and gave some points to Spain, but they were forced to give they’re votes to Ukraine, Sweden and Uk, none on the original ranking. People calculated that with the 6 countries originals Spain eould change place with Uk

I already knew Eurovision this year is political when Ukraine won bloody 430 telepoints, which is bloody ridiculous, but to be even worse they even gave 12 points to Ukraine from countries who never voted for Ukraine in the first place. I think that United Kingdom should be the true winner. Who knows how many points they stole from Sam, just to give it to Ukraine. Eurovision has fallen so low!!

The camera work we found really amateur, loads of missed cues and bad angle all week, several cuts that went wrong, loads of shots of random parts of the ceiling, people walking in front of the shot...

I looked at the televotes on the Eurovision website. There's definitely a massive east, west, northern divide when it comes to voting. The west are just as guilty voting for their neighbours as the east/north. It's ridiculous. Ppl should just vote on merit.

The uk’s delegation had the exact same reaction. And also half of Europe I think. It’s not immediate when it’s a language you don’t speak and when you’re used to hear the results in english. Rather, that “belgic” had me crying 😂

However if an adult Briton with a huge ESC interest does not understand his own country’s name in French - Royaume-Uni -. I am from Sweden (Sverige) and I do not speak either Spanish, Russian or Greek. But I DO KNOW how my own country sounds like in most countries that participate in ESC. Not surprised of what you say about the UK delegation. Brit’s are the lasiest people in the world when it comes to learning foreign languages.

He started the Cornelia discussion allready when they were in Spain 🇪🇸 on holiday complaining he ”could not understand a word ” of her text. I have listened to + 100 reactions from around the globe 🌎 and regardless of their valuation of the music, NOBODY has mentioned that they did not understand her English. If he didn’t understand her English, why didn’t he use the subtitling available??? (Which he must have used when he reacted to the other non-English lyrics). Reason: he did not bother. He had decided to dislike 👎 that entry beforehand! In addition he dissed the smart bridge and later on he meant that she could not sing. With such statements from Goy I cannot understand his aggression against Sweden. His own jury, UK, gave her 12 points. Does that mean that all UK proffessional jurymembers were incompetent?? Without Putin UKR would have reached max 6 th place. Thus excellent Sam Ryder would have won 🥇. I am not commenting on Spain 🇪🇸, as I know too little about sexy dancing/twirking and minimal clothing in a family programme like ESC.
