    Thankfully, fasting can take down the inflammation if your heart is bursting with pride. Also helps avoid or reverse autoimmune issues! Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' like spikes that are not supposed to be there. Whether natural or unnatural in origin.. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time. Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. The untreated prognosis involves blindness and death. Though the "auto" prefix suggests that your body is attacking itself, no one has yet explained precisely what cellular structures are involved. This leads me to suspect that foreign protien structures are just as likely the trigger for the immune overreaction.

    I was really on the fence about the vaccines. I got COVID before the vaccine was available and then got 1 dose of Moderna. I have watched Dr. Campbell as well as family members that were very trusting of the vaccine slowly change their position over the years and become very skeptical. My step daughter who is 20 got fully vaccinated for college and has suffered from Tachycardia ever since. Two other family member have had heart related issues after getting vaccinated. Scary to think what damage may have been done that won't show up for years.

    It's all just a numbers game really. I've had 3 people around me die from Covid. I still have two friends suffering from long-covid. I've had one family member who had complications from the vacine, luckily been able to be treated. Judging it based of your surroundings doesn't tell you allot. Real research and actual analysis should be done, to conclude if taking a vacination is outweighing the risk of getting corona. You could sorta see this similar to the flu. Back in 1920 allot of people died from it, nowadays only elder people or people with brittle health take vacines, cause the positives outweigh the negitives. We'll have to see how that pans out with corona and the vaccines.

    An apparently healthy friend died suddenly this week at the age of 66. He was chatting away normally on Sunday and gone by Tuesday. Workmate's wife died suddenly from a heart attack again previously healthy. Anecdotally I feel something has gone very wrong and I am angry that this is being ignored. These are real people, family and friends for heavens sake.

    For anyone exposed, some fasting can get it out of the system otherwise it can just keep on shooting out side effects. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. Thank you for these data. I sadly remember a relativ who in the first lock down was taken from hospital to an elderly home .she was in her 70 ties and died without us saying good bye because at that time in febuary 21 one wasnt allowed to enter the home for elderly at all. Thats when she died. August 21 another relativ , 63 years died. We met him and he told us about pain in his chest. The first thing he said that day was " I m dying" and he was crying. We advised him to go to the doctor , but he died the same night. He had donated blood 250 times and had been good at health so far since he had to go regulary to checks because of his job and these blood donations. It was 3 weeks after a vaccination against Influenza in addition to one against covid.Following spring another very close relativ had had an infection and had to go to hospital. She was tested positiv for covid the day she should have left hospital and had to stay 3 more weeks. She wasnt given the phone, we could not talk to her at all since we werent vacinated and when she finally got out her legs did not carry her anymore because of lack of moving. She ended up in a home for elderly and died a slow, painful death. In the same month 1/23 when another close relativ died of very fast gowing cancer short before his retirement, too. Thats 4 family members so far. None of them will be forgotten. There is nothing more I can say without becoming ....unfriendly

    At least they've posted correct data. Here in Australia, they've recently published our most recent mortality data and they've included 2021 in the "baseline data" instead of the baseline being 2016-2019 as it should be. This allows them to make much more favourable comparisons with the "baseline", of course, and mask the extent of the problem.

    Dear John, I saw with Dr Aseem Malhotra a while back in London and my regret was that I did not get up and shake your hand. You are doing a tremendous job and we can see and feel your pain. It is so hard to bear the reality of what has been done to us. I have already commented on a few videos but my husband is a taxi driver. He had people in and out of his car throughout 2020, he never stopped working, well for just one day until he said I cannot stay at home, people need my service in Braintree and a lot of people did including the elderly. My husband was very into the covid narrative and mocked me on occasion for not wanting the vaccine. We both pleaded with one another, me for him not to get it and him for me to get it. He said this is our way out. The taxi firm had a contract with a local care home so he was able to get the vaccine in line with healthcare workers. I went online to get him an appointment and thank the good lord there was none. Within a few days, customers were getting in his car and telling him of their side effects. Initially this was the care workers and they all had covid. One gentlemen had severe arm pain, another lady her blood had become abnormal and the doctors couldn't explain it. Not only that, on occasions he went to the care home, one one particular one there were huge numbers of ambulances, more than usual. The carer told him that the vaccines were giving them seizures. This was not the first one, boosters. One resident who was over 100 and although she was old, she was not suffering from dementia or anything else but just a frail old lady. They gave her the AZ vaccine, she developed a temperature over 100 but her body could not handle it and she died the next day. On other occasion when they were giving boosters and flu vaccines and again many of the elderly residents were becoming serious ill with quite a few not making it. All his other regular customers whom he'd known for years also telling him of their side effects. Eye problems seems to be a big one, blood clots, micro clots, wounds not healing, strokes, and the list goes on. He picked up a gentleman a few months back who had had a major stroke. The hospital said they didn't think he would make it. He was a fit healthy 72 year old who played golf every day. He told my husband on the Tuesday, he played golf, on the Wednesday he had the vaccine and on the Thursday a major stroke. He spent a solid 6 months in hospital in rehab. Although he has made progress, he will never be the person he was, he has blurred vision, will never be able to play golf or drive. the doctor said he was collateral damage from the vaccine. Why are the doctors not speaking out. I hear people say it is not the vaccine, but if your new health condition has happened since you had it, there is a good chance or I would say that it caused it. We have two family members with gastrointestinal problems, my dad had a clot after his first shot and not has heart failure. Yes I know they are elderly people but I know my dad and before lockdown he was a very strong man. Not only lockdown has broken him but also his health. we have a friend who is mid 50's, had her own successful events business. She lost everything (not financially) but she had to make her staff redundant and her business was her social life. I cannot tell you how broken that woman was, after lockdown. She lost weight, started to drink and when we went to see her one time in 2021, she held me for such a long time. Unfortunately Steve could not persuade her to not take the shot and after the last booster she developed a blood clot. A few weeks back she was found dead in her home. I blame this government for this lady's death as she was broken into a million pieces. She had everything to live for, she had her cat, her 2 daughters and she had not even had the time to enjoy the fruits of her labour and enjoy her successful life and retirement. I have a colleague at work, heart problems after the vaccine, young fit healthy lady and no covid before vaccination. Many people with eye problems and no doubt more to come for others, I wished that was not the case but that is how I see it now. Vaccinated people do not know what is coming. I often want to cry but my tears won't come for the wickedness and evil that has been done to God's children. Many just stood by and watched the treatment of the unvaccinated and joined in the vilification of us. I am never forgetting or forgiving those in power than did this to us. Thank you John and God Bless and keep you safe.

Unfortunately, all the Drs around were true believers. My daughter ended up going to school an hour early twice a week to get swabbed. This is when I started to see friends goign to hospital for kidney/other weird health failure, friends being sick all the time, witnessed in the vaccinated. Fortunately you don't have to because what he's saying is probably not actually accurate. There are people who have actually looked at these data sets and done real analysis on them and there has been no correlation found between areas and countries that have higher numbers of vaccine administration and areas and countries that have higher numbers of excess deaths. If it was the vaccine causing the excess deaths then countries that have the most vaccines administered would also have the highest excess deaths but that just isn't the case. What this guy is doing is taking a preconceived notion and then trying to make data fit that preconceived notion. That's not how science is supposed to work. That's how manipulation works

    Thank you for this video, despite not being able to say what you really want to say (we get it). Yesterday was my brothers one year anniversary, the day he passed away after getting three experiments. It was a very sad day for me, I shed a lot of tears and it still feels surreal that he is gone and I will never see him again. My brother was only 64 years old and he had everything to live for; he was successful, he had a wonderful family and he was getting his second grand child in October. My brother and I were more like twins, and there is a part of me who feels like I died with my brother. Imagine walking into a restaurant to have dinner with your friends and one hour later my brother died suddenly like so many other people who have passed away since the experiments rolled out. The only saving grace is that he did not suffer. God bless you Dr. Campbell. #Myocarditis

    It's heartbreaking how many of us have been affected personally by these "excess deaths" which equate to our coworkers, friends, neighbors, family, the man at our favorite restaurant, our hairstylist, the best cashier at the store, etc. It's so sad and mind blowing Don't forget to top it all off with some good old gaslighting and denial too. What a horrible collective trauma we've been through. Yet we've fared better than those who aren't with us at all anymore. 😔

    Thank you Dr. Campell. It's indeed terrible the silence and that we are not allowed to discuss certain consequences of the vaccination. I have a strong feeling the Belgian official numbers are not correct.... also here there are more people with changed blood paterns, more hearth attacks, aneurisma's, embolies etc.... a lot of people who were in perfect health before! The problem is they do everything to find other reasons then the vaccination. Health care people are not allowed to share what they see and it may not come into the news. The side effects we and some of my vaccinated friends reported are still NOT linked to the batch numbers of the vaccinations.... we tried to report it ourselves, through the hospital, the doctor and finally Pfizer self.... of course the numbers are low if you don't register them. Sooner or later the truth will come out.

I personally knew eleven people here between the ages of 64 and 74 who have died since November last year. Over the same time period ('21-'22) and between the same ages, no-one that I knew died. In the same community, I know of many people now suffering from autoimmune diseases along with some diagnosed with advanced cancer.

    My brother died suddenly in his sleep, aged 65yr, in May 2023. He was not in the greatest shape, but he was not at deaths door either. I dont know when he last had a Covid jab, but i know he was up to date with the boosters. The PM said heart attack, which given our family history, is realistic. I suspect it was reduced care during and after the pandemic which allowed his heart disease to worsen, undetected. That and medical myopia. He was diabetic and the GP seemed unable to consider anything wrong other than diabetes. Im sure if he'd gone to the GP with his leg hanging off, he would have been told it was his diabetes. These excess deaths must be properly investigated.

    I’m Irish and since 2020 9 of my friends have died, I don’t have a huge amount of friends, realistically that is more than half of the people who I would consider to be my friends. They were all between 54 and 64 , only one person was over sixty the average age was c. 57 years old when they died. Two died from cancer which was diagnosed prior to 2020 and one died from cancer diagnosed after 2020, 3 died from heart attacks all of them were men and they were all 55 to 57 years old when they died. But most distressing for the me is that 3 died from suicide none of them had any previous history of mental health issues and I spoke to them all within a week of their deaths and never had any idea that they were suffering. I am starting to run out of friends. My remaining friends and I have been very distressed by the sudden and for most part unexpected deaths from our cohort, there are eight of us left 3 of us who were in the core group of 8 that shared a house in the 80’s , we realise that at some point we would have to bury each other but didn’t expect to have to do it in our fifties. And before someone says that maybe it has something to do with the house we shared one of our group bought the house after we had moved on and still lives there, she has completely renovated it checked it for radon etc and it was not an issue. I believe that Covid has been a factor in some of this as the lockdowns effected some people much more than others, some became very stressed from the isolation which it caused and I think that it is still causing people stress to this day with many people not adapting to the new normal of working from home especially the older people who have been forced into working from their homes. I think we have not quite reached the point of social mobility that we had before the lockdowns and we may never get back to “normality “ as we were acclimated to less social mobility due to the pandemic, which has caused us to be more isolationist by habit. Sorry for the long winded comment I just needed to share my experience.

  • @DoRC

    @DoRC

    I'm not sure that's true. The character he plays on his channel is that of a very reasonable person but don't forget people on KZread are just displaying characters. He's actual analysis of data is deeply flawed most of the time and usually heavily biased to fit a specific narrative. For instance in this situation there is absolutely zero evidence to indicate that the excess deaths that are occurring are occurring because of the COVID vaccine. You can infer that but you can infer a lot of things. You could infer that the excess deaths are being caused by the fact that we're having record temperatures throughout the world and a lot of people are dying from heat stroke. You could infer that long COVID which is the continuation of symptoms after acute COVID resolves that around 10% of people that get COVID experience is responsible for those excess deaths. The thing is he isn't talk about any of that stuff because it doesn't fit in his very specific narrative that he's trying to push to a very specific audience. There's another very interesting bit of information to keep in mind The excess deaths don't align with regions that have higher rates of vaccination. Meaning some places have higher vaccination rates but lower excess deaths and other places have lower vaccination rates but higher excess deaths. This guy is just like Russell Brand. Just because someone acts like they Don't have an agenda doesn't mean they don't have an agenda.

  • @bbhdd6181

    @bbhdd6181

    @@DoRC You seem intelligent, but this feels like a phenomenal reach to be honest. I’m usually not in the business of defending people who have no clue who I am, but your list of viable inferences are deeply flawed. I don’t expect people are dying of heatstroke in Europe from October-February. The reality is that there is a growing body of evidence that the vaccine has caused damage to people. There is more to this than just excess deaths, there are living people who are documenting the damage. Also these deaths aren’t being adequately investigated by research bodies - why? This alongside the evidence that vaccination doesn’t necessarily reduce the severity and frequency of Covid infection in the vaccinated parties…I think you might be slightly blinded by the narrative that you’ve chosen to believe yourself. What say you to the presence of spike proteins in the blood and the post-mortem findings of these proteins coagulating? These people did not gather together and decide to fabricate these things for some KZread revenue. However, there was billions at stake when it came to the promotion of an inadequately tested vaccine. John recently uploaded a video about the adverse reactions - these are official studies and there is no possible inference you could reach for that negates the influence of the vaccine there. These are desperately disproportionate adverse reactions that under normal circumstances would have prevented any vaccine from being rolled out. That being said, I am curious about your argument that the excess deaths are not positively correlated with the vaccinated populations - but I haven’t seen any real evidence of that, especially when you account for population size and rate of vaccination. But if you have sources I’d be happy to look at them. Also…come on, don’t compare John to Russel Brand. John is not a grifter.
