Can I just say, not that I like seeing people suffer, but I really prefer these more honest videos! Just makes me feel a bit less down on myself sometimes when my body doesn’t feel amazing or training seems like a big struggle. Keep it authentic and you will succeed on KZread! @bhavinipatel1775 thanks, I'm always authentic and open about the highs and lows of my journey 🙌🏼 for the most part it is highs because I absolutely LOVE all of this and give it my all but there are always going to be harder times!

Refreshingly real!! Your mum running too gives me a boost, being a mum myself and am a beginner runner. (Built up to Park Run last weekend)
