Thankfully It does have an actual ending. The piece builds up after the "Double Time Latin Groove" and ends on a Fermata

It ends on a slow, quarter note version of the melody played in the first measure, then ends on fermata

Its a song originally written by Carlos Santana, a guitarist, and the original recording has distortion. Thats why its arranged like this.
