@eureka Forbes I've changed a new cartridge to my xtra tuff 15 ltrs. But the purified water is dripping very slowly in its bottom chamber. I'm not getting enough water even after hours, how can I fix this, pls tell. Thx

@@kapilbodkepls, check these things: 1. Clean your charcoal filter by the blow pump provided with filter. 2. Unscrew and loose the float mechanism in the bottom chamber, it shouldn't be tightened. 3. If it's been a long time for your cartridge or charcoal filter, ie, 5-6 months, then it needs a replacement. Do you know, they didn't even bother to reply me. I had to do the hard work online for the resolution. The customer care is the worst thing in regards to a business in India.

Bought it through Amazon and it doesn't even filter more than 10 litres and stopped working...No help for installation ...Such a pathetic product...As there is no availability of pure it in this corona period...Bought this one...Such a waste of amount...Couldn't even contact customer care...As it's asking for registered mobile number

FRAUD COMPANY please don't buy their products , I purchased a 10000 worth aquaguard machine but just after 3 months it stopped working and now these people tell us that we need to invest 5000 Rs every year so that it works nothing was told to us at the time of purchase.
