@@crazylove2426 bhai ap ise har hafte uske filter ko grm pani mai daal ke choor do 10-15 min ke liye us se jo dust hota hai vo nikal jata hai fir vo jldi water ko filter kr deta hai

One of the biggest mistake has been done by buying this product. This cartridge doesn't work properly after replacing again n again. Unfiltered water doesn't purify and not get absorbed by cartridge to pass the purify water. Its stuck as it is . I want my money back

You are absolutely correct. Stupidly it was bought by my dauther without reading the valuable comments. I feel cheated.

But how to test the cartridge, whether fitted properly or not?

Hey. I have also bought this today and water is coming to the lower tank very slowly. Is the problem resolved for you after some days ? Or is it same till now ?

water coming slowly to the bottom tank - problem is solved for me. There is a round cover which has holes and from which water flows in from the filter to the bottom tank. We have to pull it down a little since it has a plug in it which stops water flow from the filter to the bottom tank. After this the flow is fine. lower tank will fill quickly.

@@khushboonigam5123 pull the round white cover type structure which is attached to the top tank. it should create enough space for water to pass in smoothly.

Cartridge is not available!!!!

Don't buy this filter the top filter/mesh is not available in Hyderabad anywhere.

Aquaguard service is very poor.. Don't go for AMC contract... In that u can buy new Good company water purifier... Very poor quality service... They don't pick the call also... Some spare part not available with technician... So repair activity can extend by 1 week also. Even if raised complaint in their app.. No service guaranteed...

Eureka Forbes Water Purifiers A substandard product and Pathatic Service In less than 5 months of purchase, the purifying tank burst, which is not convered under warranty. And nobody attended the complaint for 3 weeks, however if you put a new query next day the guy was at your doorstep to sell a new unit that too in covid times. Purchase: 21-jan-2020 Stopped working: 27-may-2020

I checked with newly installed one TDS meter. It does not filter or putify at all. It neither can reduce TDS & if that be so, it can not remove any virous or bacteria. I request customer not to be trapped by tall/fake claim.

Pathetic, horrible service by Eureka Forbes. This is a dead company today- stay away. For an AMC, I am struggling since 22nd Sept- no response despite a complaint number.

The most useless product with poor service, poor AMC, poor product quality, no accountability, useless customer care...

Useless, worst and utterly pathetic product. Ultimate stupidity so far.
