@@paws8403its the proper way to sing. If you push chesty mix to the top youre gonna strain no matter what. Your voice cannot stay the same during your whole range. You gotta go from chest to chest mix to head mix to head voice.

*Fun Fact:* *Eunji is the ONLY non-classical singer to hit the seventh octave without using the whistle register* (At least as far as I know, if you know any please comment down below).

it's actually a crime how underrated she is between the international kpop fandom. they always mention Taeyeon, Ailee, Solji, IU, heck even Wendy and Yuju. but often forget about Eunji. is this because apink isn't that popular internationally? so they ignore Eunji's vocal skills?

Maybe people enjoy her voice in live performance, but her voice color is not something that majority people like to listen day by day. Like IU, her vocal technique actually just average, but her voice color is very nice to listen more and more. Maybe if people in sokor/ majority people being asked to choose to listen the song for daily routine, they will choose IU. And as well as taeyeon, etc. They have the timbre that attract people. This is a gift actually

@@zerohero109 well.. I think SoHyang is always exclusive case. She have never been in any commercial industry. There is no personal pop album, no agency, no marketing at all.

She has EVERYTHING i want in female vocalist: Mature & pleasant tone, wide range, ease, resonance, power, emotion. Sohyang is probably the greatest female vocalist right now, but her low range is not that impressive. I tend to be more attracted to female singer with good lows.

It's sad how her voice isn't recognized as much as some of the other big kpop vocalists. But I think Eunji doesn't care. I saw her in concert once and she's just literally so genuinely happy and cheerful. I feel like she loves singing and loves life and that's all that matters for her!

So many salty comments said "that not high note it's sound strained n pushing" she just sitting in her studio n make IG live n sing for Pandas randomly without warm up her vocal n she still slay even not perfect like what salty ppls want,if she warm up her vocal,for sure she can do better..can your bias do what Eunji do?? No right!! So just accept the fact Eunji is better than your bias!!

진짜 아이돌 통틀어 원탑일듯 그냥 어가수 사이에서도 탑가수임.. 에일리 솔지 박혜원 손승연 등도 에일리 제외하곤 정은지처럼 A5 편하게 못냄 진짜 A5는 남녀성종 구분없이 끝판왕 진성 음역대인데 A5음질을 저정도로 구사하는거보면 진짜;;

은지의 음역대는 진짜 너무 대단함. 고음을 잘 하는 가수는 많지만 저음부터 고음까지 넓게 소화하는 가수는 많지 않음. 개인적으로 정은지 노래중에 쓰리데이즈 ost의 그대라구요 라는 곡을 참 좋아하는데 이 노래가 은지의 폭 넓은 음역대와 곡을 표현하는 스킬이 고루 담겨 있다고 생각함.

My opinion: Best Korean Female vocalists (just pure vocal skill)- Eunji, park jung hyun (aka lena park). Male-Kim yeon woo, Ha hyun woo. Just on vocal range and strength plus slight preference of colour. Also I used to prefer Ailee over Eunji but now its changed because I think Eunji has better range and skill now although Ailee still the beast she is.

Eunji was the first kpop singer that I really fell in love with during her earlier days in Apink, and she is still my favorite singer to date, international or not. She has such a unique timbre to her voice that makes it unmatched in the industry for me. But, while this whole video was impressive yet, the ending took the cake for me. The way she was just screaming to hit the highest note, I can't even breathe 😂

Is there another soprano in kpop soprano that can go low as Bb2 and stay comfortable down to E3 and still capable of belting D5 and Eb5 comfortably?
